Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sentimen pelanggan mengenai ketersediaan Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) dengan menggunakan algoritma Natural Language Processing (NLP). Studi kasus dilakukan pada kalangan UMKM di wilayah Menteng dengan fokus memahami pandangan dan sentimen pelanggan terhadap ketersediaan produk dan layanan. Metode penelitian meliputi pengumpulan data dari ulasan online, media sosial, dan sumber teks lainnya yang mencerminkan opini pelanggan. Menggunakan algoritma NLP untuk menganalisis sentimen pelanggan dan mengklasifikasikannya menjadi positif, negatif, atau netral. Hasil analisis sentimen ini akan digunakan untuk menilai persepsi konsumen terhadap ketersediaan UMKM di wilayah Menteng. Temuan penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan bagi para pengelola UMKM di wilayah Menteng tentang cara meningkatkan kualitas produk dan layanannya berdasarkan feedback pelanggan. Hasil analisis sentimen ini dapat menjadi landasan bagi kebijakan pemerintah dan langkah-langkah dukungan lainnya untuk mendorong pertumbuhan dan keberlanjutan UMKM di wilayah tersebut. Memberikan landasan bagi penelitian lebih lanjut untuk menyusun strategi pemasaran dan manajemen UMKM melalui pemanfaatan teknologi NLP. This research aims to analyze customer sentiment regarding the availability of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) using the Natural Language Processing (NLP) algorithm. A case study was conducted among MSMEs in the Menteng area with a focus on understanding customer views and sentiment regarding the availability of products and services. Research methods include collecting data from online reviews, social media, and other text sources that reflect customer opinions. Uses NLP algorithms to analyze customer sentiment and classify it as positive, negative, or neutral. The results of this sentiment analysis will be used to assess consumer perceptions of the availability of MSMEs in the Menteng area. It is hoped that the findings of this research will provide insight for MSME managers in the Menteng area on how to improve the quality of their products and services based on customer feedback. The results of this sentiment analysis can become the basis for government policies and other support measures to encourage the growth and sustainability of MSMEs in the region. Provides a basis for further research to develop marketing and management strategies for MSMEs through the use of NLP technology.
