Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat kematangan penggunaan teknologi pengenalan wajah dalam sistem absensi karyawan. Penggunaan teknologi pengenalan wajah dalam sistem absensi karyawan diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dan keakuratan pencatatan jam kerja. Framework COBIT 5 dipilih untuk mengevaluasi tingkat kematangan implementasi teknologi ini, memberikan panduan bagi organisasi dalam memitigasi risiko, dan meningkatkan tata kelola teknologi informasi. Metode penelitian melibatkan observasi, wawancara, dan kuisoner untuk mengumpulkan data terkait implementasi teknologi pengenalan wajah dan penerapan framework COBIT 5 yang berfokus pada domain Deliver, Service, and Support (DSS) dan domain Monitor Evaluate, and Asess (MEA) PT. Asahi Best Base Indonesia. Hasil analisis akan memberikan pemahaman yang lebih mendalam tentang sejauh mana organisasi telah mencapai tingkat kematangan dan pengajuan rekomendasi dalam menggunakan sistem absensi karyawan. Hasil dari penelitian ini diharapkan perusahaan dapat mendeteksi dan mengatasi masalah yang mungkin timbul selama proses implementasi teknologi pengenalan wajah. Dengan demikian, integrasi COBIT 5 dalam domain Deliver, Service, and Support (DSS) dan domain Monitor Evaluate, and Asess (MEA) dapat membantu memastikan keberhasilan dan keamanan dalam penerapan teknologi pengenalan wajah. This research aims to analyze the maturity level of using facial recognition technology in employee attendance systems. The use of facial recognition technology in the employee attendance system is expected to increase the efficiency and accuracy of recording working hours. The COBIT 5 framework was chosen to highlight the maturity level of this technology implementation, provide guidance for organizations in mitigating information, and improve technology governance. Research methods include observation, interviews and questionnaires to collect data related to the implementation of facial recognition technology and the application of the COBIT 5 framework which focuses on the Deliver, Service and Support (DSS) domain and the Monitor Evaluate and Assess (MEA) PT domain. Asahi Best Base in Indonesia. The results of the analysis will provide a deeper understanding of the extent to which the organization has reached the level of maturity and recommendations for using an employee attendance system. It is hoped that the results of this research will allow companies to detect and overcome problems that may arise during the process of implementing facial recognition technology. Thus, the integration of COBIT 5 in the Deliver, Service, and Support (DSS) domain and the Monitor Evaluate, and Assess (MEA) domain can help ensure success and safety in the implementation of facial recognition technology.
