Abstract

In today's digital era, telecommunications has a central role in providing reliable communication services to the public. Operational disruptions at Base Transceiver Stations (BTS) can have a serious impact on the quality of communication services, causing complaints from users. To address this challenge, a Telegram-based technology solution is used to facilitate communication and monitoring of the BTS network. Telegram bots are integrated with Cacti to provide real-time notification and monitoring. This research proposes the creation of a bot that will help field teams detect and respond to disturbances at BTS. The bot provides notifications when a fault occurs, enabling a faster response. Interaction with Cacti provides holistic performance monitoring. The results of this research are expected to facilitate telecommunication companies in monitoring the BTS service network. The existence of alarm notifications in Telegram bots is expected to improve time efficiency, enabling faster handling of disruptions in downed BTS services. Keywords: Notification, Alarm, Bot Telegram, Monitoring, BTS Dalam era digital saat ini, telekomunikasi memiliki peran sentral dalam menyediakan layanan komunikasi yang andal bagi masyarakat. Gangguan operasional pada Base Transceiver Station (BTS) dapat berdampak serius pada kualitas layanan komunikasi, menyebabkan keluhan dari pengguna. Untuk mengatasi tantangan ini, solusi teknologi berbasis Telegram digunakan untuk memfasilitasi komunikasi dan pemantauan jaringan BTS. Bot Telegram diintegrasikan dengan Cacti untuk memberikan notifikasi dan pemantauan realtime. Penelitian ini mengusulkan pembuatan bot yang akan membantu tim lapangan mendeteksi dan merespons gangguan di BTS. Bot memberikan notifikasi saat terjadi gangguan, memungkinkan respons yang lebih cepat. Interaksi dengan Cacti memberikan pemantauan kinerja yang holistik. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi fasilitas bagi perusahaan telekomunikasi dalam memonitor jaringan layanan BTS. Keberadaan notifikasi alarm di bot Telegram diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi waktu, memungkinkan penanganan gangguan pada layanan BTS yang mengalami down dapat dilakukan lebih cepat.
