Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of Solvency, Liquidity, Activity and Profitability on Company Value (Study of Wholesale (Durable & Nondurable Goods) sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2017- 2022) which is in accordance with the characteristics determined by the researchers totaling 6 company. The sample selection used a saturated sample and obtained 6 companies. The research design is causality research using panel data regression analysis methods. The research results show that the solvency variable has no effect on company value, the liquidity variable has no positive effect on company value, the activity variable has a positive effect on company value and the profitability variable has a negative effect on company value. Keywords: Solvability, Liquidity, Activity and Profitability on Company Value Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Solvabilitas, Likuiditas, Aktivitas Dan Profitabilitas terhadap Nilai Perusahaan (Studi pada perusahaan sub sector Wholesale (Durable & Nondurable Goods) yang tercatat di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2017-2022) yang sesuai dengan karakterisktik yang ditetapkan oleh peneliti berjumlah 6 perusahaan. Pemilihan sample menggunakan sample jenuh dan didapatkan 6 perusahaan. Desain penelitian adalah penelitian kausalitas menggunakan metode analisis regresi data panel. Hasil peneltian menunjukan variable solvabilitas tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan, variable likuiditas tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap nilai perusaaan, variable aktivitas berpengaruh positif terhadap nilai perusahaan dan variable profitabilas berpengaruh negative terhadap nilai perusahaan. Kata kunci: Solvabilitas, Likuiditas, Aktivitas Dan Profitabilitas terhadap Nilai Perusahaan
