Abstract

Cimanggis-Cibitung toll road project section 1A Sta. 23 + 900 - Sta. 27 + 070, is part of the Jakarta Outer Ring Road mega project, which was built with the aim of reducing the burden of trafficcongestion on the Cibubur alternative road route and the route heading to Jakarta, Bogor and Depok. One of the jobs of this toll road is the ramp 6 bridge, where on the P1-P3 span the type of girder used is a curved steel box girder where the girder erection process uses the launching gantry method while the comparison method is the crawler crane method. The purpose of this research is to compare the launching gantry method and the crawler crane method in terms of time and cost. on the ramp 6 span P1-P3 toll road project cimanggis-cibitung section 1A. This study uses a quantitative analysis method, namely by collecting productivity data and analyzing the unit price of heavy equipment launching gantry and crawler crane to obtain comparisons in terms of time and cost erection girder of both methods. The actual execution time and cost of work using a launching gantry from the start of tool preparation to completion of the erection girder work is 64 days with a work cost of Rp3.830.679.930,00 while the results of the analysis using a crawler crane from preparation to completion of the erection girder work are 45 days at a cost of Rp3.676.410.769,00. Proyek jalan tol cimanggis-cibitung seksi 1A Sta. 23+900 – Sta. 27+070, merupakan bagian dari mega proyek jalan tol Jakarta Outer Ring Road yang dibangun dengan tujuan untuk mengurangi beban kemacetan lalu lintas yang ada di rute jalan alternatif Cibubur dan rute yang menuju ke arah Jakarta, Bogor, dan Depok. Salah satu pekerjaan dari jalan tol ini adalah Jembatan ramp 6, dimana pada span P1-P3 jenis girder yang digunakan adalah curved steel box girder yang mana proses pekerjaan erection girder tersebut menggunakan metode launching gantry sedangkan untuk metode pembandingnya adalah metode crawler crane. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah membandingkan metode launching gantry dan metode crawler crane dari segi waktu dan biaya. pada jembatan ramp 6 span P1-P3 proyek jalan tol cimanggis-cibitung seksi 1A. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis kuantitatif, yaitu dengan mengumpulkan data produktifitas dan analisis harga satuan pekerjaan alat berat launching gantry dan crawler crane untuk memperoleh perbandingan dari segi waktu dan biaya erection girder dari kedua metode. Besarnya waktu pelaksanaan dan biaya pekerjaan secara aktual menggunakan launching gantry dari mulai persiapan alat hingga selesai pekerjaan erection girder adalah 64 hari dengan biaya pekerjaan Rp.3.830.679.930,00 sedangkan dari hasil analisis menggunakan crawler crane dari mulai persiapan hingga selesai pekerjaan erection girder adalah 45 hari dengan biaya Rp.3.676.410.769,00.
