Abstract

The existence of Child-Friendly Integrated Public Space (RPTRA) is very helpful for the community in conducting activities in open spaces. People use RPTRA as a place to socialize, exercise, there is even a green space because RPTRA also does greening to make the community more comfortable. To carry out activities in the RPTRA environment must apply for a loan at the location that is still done by manual means for its recording and so is the management of RPTRA to file a report for damaged facilities. Therefore, a child-friendly Integrated Public Space management information system is required based on the website with the basic purpose of creating this management information system to facilitate the community and rptra managers for borrowing and managing RPTRA. In this research the development of the system used to build this system uses (Rapid Application Development) RAD because it has a short and fast stage by setting the needs of users so that it is very precise and appropriate in the development of website-based systems. Therefore, with this system is expected to facilitate the community in borrowing online and help Rawa Buaya Village and RPTRA managers to provide reports effectively and efficiently Key words: Information Systems, Management, Rapid Application Development, RPTRA. Keberadaan Ruang Publik Terpadu Ramah Anak (RPTRA) sangat membantu masyarakat dalam melakukan kegiatan di ruang terbuka. Masyarakat mempergunakan RPTRA sebagai tempat bersosialisasi, berolahraga, bahkan ada juga sebagai ruang hijau karena RPTRA juga melakukan penghijauan agar masyarakat lebih nyaman. Untuk melakukan kegiatan di lingkungan RPTRA harus mengajukan peminjaman di lokasi yang masih dilakukan dengan cara manual untuk pencatatannya dan begitupun dengan pengelolaan RPTRA untuk mengajukan laporan untuk fasilitas yang rusak. Maka dari itu diperlukan sistem informasi pengelolaan Ruang Publik Terpadu Ramah Anak yang berbasis website dengan tujuan dasar pembuatan sistem informasi pengelolaan ini untuk memudahkan masyarakat dan pengelola RPTRA untuk peminjaman dan pengelolaan RPTRA. Pada penelitian ini pengembangan sistem yang digunakan untuk membangun sistem ini menggunakan (Rapid Application Development) RAD karena memiliki tahapan yang singkat dan cepat dengan menetapkan kebutuhan pengguna sehingga sangat tepat dan sesuai dalam pembangunan sistem berbasis website. Oleh karena itu, dengan adanya sistem ini diharapkan dapat memudahkan masyarakat dalam peminjaman yang secara online serta membantu Kelurahan Rawa Buaya dan pengelola RPTRA untuk memberikan laporan dengan efektif dan efisien.
