Abstract

Homeless Care Information System is a system that provides information services in the form of homeless or homeless data (homeless or beggars) that have not been identified and location information required by volunteers. The existence of this information system is important. In this case, the West Jakarta area, especially the district of Cengkareng and Kalideres, is used as a research site. Cengkareng and Kalideres sub-districts desperately need an adequate application in managing homeless data so that volunteers can easily find information to provide assistance such as education and donations. The purpose of this study is to provide convenience during the process of processing data on homeless people and homeless people, make it easier for volunteers to find the correct location and can make it easier for volunteers to provide assistance such as donations of money and clothing, even education for homeless people and homeless people, minimize errors in recording homeless data, and improve the security of homeless data so that the security of homeless data is more assured. And from the purpose of the research produced several uses consisting of the usefulness of volunteers and donors. The research method used in this study is based on qualitative and action methods. While the development of the system using the waterfall model. The software used is Visual Studio Code, and Xampp 5. Based on the analysis, design and implementation, and discussions that have been conducted, we created a Homeless Care Information System (Social Space) so that users can know a homeless information and a shelter quickly and accurately. By designing this information system also makes it easier for admins in managing homeless data, shelters, volunteers and donors in a computerized and well stored. Sistem Informasi Peduli Tunawisma merupakan suatu sistem yang memberikan layanan informasi berupa data tunawisma rumah singgah maupun gepeng (gelandangan atau pengemis) yang belum teridentifikasi dan informasi lokasi yang diperlukan relawan. Keberadaan sistem informasi ini penting. Dalam hal ini, wilayah Jakarta Barat khususnya daerah kecamatan cengkareng dan kalideres dijadikan sebagai tempat penelitian. Daerah kecamatan cengkareng dan kalideres sangat membutuhkan sebuah aplikasi yang memadai dalam mengelola data Tunawisma agar relawan mudah menemukan informasi untuk memberikan bantuan seperti edukasi maupun donasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan kemudahan pada saat proses pengolahan data tunawisma rumah singgah maupun gepeng, mempermudah relawan untuk menemukan lokasi yang benar dan dapat mempermudah relawan untuk memberikan bantuan seperti donasi uang dan sandang, bahkan edukasi untuk tunawisma rumah singgah dan gepeng, meminimalisir kesalahan dalam pencatatan data tunawisma, dan meningkatkan keamanan data tunawisma sehingga keamanan data tunawisma lebih terjamin. Dan dari tujuan penelitian tersebut dihasilkan beberapa kegunaan yang terdiri dari kegunaan relawan dan donatur. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah berdasarkan metode kualitatif dan action. Sedangkan pengembangan sistemnya menggunakan model waterfall. Perangkat lunak yang digunakan adalah Visual Studio Code, dan Xampp 5. Berdasarkan analisis, perancangan dan implementasi, serta pembahasan yang telah dilakukan, kami membuat Sistem Informasi Peduli Tunawisma (Ruang Sosial) agar pengguna dapat mengetahui sebuah informasi tunawisma dan rumah singgah secara cepat dan akurat. Dengan perancangan sistem informasi ini juga memudahkan admin dalam mengelola data tunawisma, rumah singgah, relawan serta donatur secara terkomputerisasi dan tersimpan dengan baik.
