Abstract

The lack of innovation in the arts in technological advances at this time makes art galleries less attention by the public, considering that art studios have a big role in preserving arts and culture. Many art studios have not ma×imized the use of information technology, resulting in a lack of dissemination of information about the services they provide. In our research, we also found that people tend to find it difficult to find art studios that suit their wishes. This study aims to design and implement management and service applications of art galleries that are useful for supporting business processes in each art gallery and also useful for the community in finding studios, such as providing information about art studios, information on services provided by art galleries, and supporting features. to make it easier for art galleries to interact with the community. This application was developed using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method, while for the calculation of seeking recommendations for art galleries, the Profile Matching algorithm is used by using several indicators, including the studio education program, age, cost, facilities, infrastructure, studio schedules, studio rental services, and studio invite services. With the recommendation system for searching for art studios, it is hoped that information will be easily accessible to the public about art studios as well as ease in transactions or data retrieval, so that people are more focused in determining their interests and needs. Keywords: art studios, arts, recommendations, RAD, Profile Matching 6 Kurangnya inovasi dibidang kesenian dalam kemajuan teknologi pada zaman ini membuat sanggar seni kurang mendapat perhatian oleh masyarakat, mengingat sanggar seni mempunyai peran besar dalam pelestarian kesenian serta kebudayaan. Banyak sanggar seni yang belum memaksimalkan penggunaan teknologi informasi sehingga kurangnya penyebaran informasi tentang pelayanan yang mereka sediakan. Dalam penelitian yang kami lakukan juga mendapati masyarakat yang cenderung kesulitan dalam mencari sanggar seni yang sesuai dengan keinginannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan aplikasi pengelolaan dan pelayanan sanggar seni yang berguna untuk mendukung proses bisnis pada setiap sanggar seni dan juga berguna bagi masyarakat dalam mencari sanggar seni, seperti menyediakan informasi sanggar-sanggar seni, informasi layanan yang disediakan, dan fitur penunjang untuk mempermudah sanggar seni dalam berinteraksi ke masyarakat. Aplikasi ini dikembangkan dengan menggunakan metode Rapid Application Development (RAD), sedangkan untuk perhitungan mencari rekomendasi sanggar seni digunakan algoritma Profile Matching dengan menggunakan beberapa indikator antara lain seperti program pendidikan sanggar, umur, biaya, sarana, prasarana, jadwal sanggar, layanan sewa sanggar, dan layanan undang sanggar. Dengan adanya sistem rekomendasi pencarian sanggar seni ini diharapkan membuat informasi mudah didapat masyarakat mengenai sanggar seni serta kemudahan dalam transaksi atau pencarian data, supaya masyarakat lebih terarah dalam menentukan minat dan kebutuhannya.
