Abstract

The Motorcycleshop is one of the business facilities that provides vehicle repair services and the sale of motorcycle parts to consumers. Adi Motor is a workshop that currently serves vehicle repair services and the sale of motorcycle spare parts. In this case, Adi Motor is still constrained in determining the most appropriate additional stock of spare parts to meet customer demand. Adi Motor is still experiencing delays in providing spare parts so that often the goods that customers need are empty in stock. The purpose of this study was to determine the spare parts that must be repurchased or restocked using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. Therefore, a system was created to determine the necessary spare parts inventory decisions. In this study we used three criteria, namely Sales, Price and Brands and three alternatives namely Yamalube, AHM, Shell. The results of research conducted on the sample obtained that the best oil in stock is AHM. Keyword : Service, Spare Parts, Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) Bengkel merupakan salah satu fasilitas usaha yang menyediakan jasa perbaikan kendaraan maupun penjualan suku cadang sepeda motor kepada konsumen. Adi Motor merupakan bengkel yang saat ini melayani jasa perbaikan kendaraan maupun penjualan suku cadang sepeda motor. Dalam hal ini, Adi Motor masih terkendala dalam menentukan penambahan stok suku cadang ( spare parts) yang paling tepat untuk memenuhi kebutuhan permintaan dari pelanggan. Adi Motor masih mengalami keterlambatan dalam menyediakan spare parts sehingga seringkali barang yang dibutuhkan pelanggan justru ketersediaan stoknya kosong. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan sparepart yang harus dilakukan pembelian ulang atau restock menggunakan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) oleh karena itu dibuatlah sistem untuk menentukan keputusan persediaan suku cadang yang dibutuhkan. Dalam penelitian ini kami menggunakan tiga kriteria yaitu Penjualan, Harga, Merk dan tiga alternatif yaitu Yamalube, AHM, Shell. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan pada sampel didapatkan oli yang terbaik untuk di stok adalah AHM. Kata kunci: Service, Spare Parts, Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP)
