Abstract

Abstract In the development of technology and information today is very influential about the transaction process especially that there are urgent needs and people who do not want to bother when want to fill the e-toll card to be more effective and efficient in accordance With their needs. With the processing of data done by computerized can improve the process of people's desire to do E-toll card filler quickly and efficiently. This E-toll card charging Website has an advantage that is quite good for people who want to make the card filling it easily like just fill in through the application. This service is created and used because the perspective based on the service strategy is believed to facilitate the community to fill his E-toll which will be a reference in this case study. Keywords : Balance Filling System, Top Up Balance, E-toll Filling, E-toll Abstrak Pada perkembangan teknologi dan informasi saat ini sangat berpengaruh terhadap proses transaksi terutama yang sedang ada kebutuhan yang mendesak dan masyarakat yang tidak ingin repot-repot saat ingin memgisi kartu e-toll agar lebih efektif dan efisien sesuai dengan kebutuhannya. Dengan pengolahan data yang dilakukan secara komputerisasi dapat meningkatkan proses keinginan masyarakat untuk melakukan pengisi kartu E-toll dengan cepat dan efisien.Website pengisian kartu E-toll ini memiliki kelebihan yang cukup bagus bagi orang yang ingin melakukan pengisian kartu tersebut dengan mudah seperti hanya mengisi lewat aplikasi. Layanan ini dibuat dan digunakan karena perspektif berdasarkan strategi pelayanan diyakini dapat memudahkan masyarakat untuk melakukan pengisian E-toll miliknya yang akan menjadi acuan dalam studi kasus ini.
