Abstract

Supply Chain Management (SCM) is a series of activities that include coordination, scheduling and control of procurement, production, supply and delivery of products or services to customers which includes daily administration, operations, logistics and information processing from customers to suppliers, examples of application of this information technology can be applied to supply chain management or Supply Chain Management (SCM). The main concept of SCM's activities is to focus on the process of shipping and procuring goods. From the case studies that have been carried out previously, using the Value Chain Analyst (VCA) methodology there are several problems such as supply chain analysis followed by customer satisfaction analysis and ending with an increase in the supply value chain. Qualitative analysis describes the supply chain and customer satisfaction, while quantitative analysis is used to determine the added value and in the formation of the value chain, to overcome existing problems, the proposed problem solving uses the Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR) method. With the SCOR method it is hoped that business processes, performance indicators, collaboration between partners, can be more effective in supply chain management and improvement. The steps taken in this study based on the SCOR method are, first, weighting the level of importance of the SCOR indicator. Second, categorizing the level of SCM performance indicators. The results of the study show that delivery and procurement using the SCOR method level 1 metric where the results obtained are Perfect Order Fullfillment (POF) = 72.28%, Order Fullfillment Cycle Time (OCFT) = 15 days, Cost Of Good Sold (COGS) = 49.07 %, Cash To Cash Cycle Time (CTCCT) = 30 days with the SCOR method, this method is very precise and superior for improving SCM satisfaction services at PT Nieve Aplikasi Mandiri from the previous method. Supply Chain Management (SCM) adalah serangkaian kegiatan yang meliputi koordinasi, penjadwalan dan pengendalian terhadap pengadaan, produksi, persediaan dan pengiriman produk ataupun layanan jasa kepada pelanggan yang mencakup administasi harian, operasi, logistik dan pengolahan informasi mulai dari pelanggan hingga ke pemasok, contoh dari penerapan teknologi informasi ini dapat diterapkan pada manajemen rantai pasok atau Supply Chain Management (SCM). Konsep kegiatan utama SCM ialah fokus pada proses pengiriman dan pengadaan barang. Dari studi kasus yang telah dilakukan sebelumnya, menggunakan metodologi Value Chain Analyst (VCA) terdapat beberapa permasalahan pada analisis rantai pasokan yang diikuti pula dengan analisis kepuasan pelanggan dan diakhiri dengan peningkatan rantai nilai pasokan. Analisis kualitatif menggambarkan rantai pasokan dan kepuasan pelanggan, sedangkan analisis kuantitatif digunakan untuk mengetahui nilai tambah dan pada pembentukan rantai nilai, untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang ada, usulan penyelesaian masalah menggunakan metode Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR). dengan metode SCOR diharapkan proses bisnis, indikator kinerja, kolaborasi antarmitra, dapat lebih efektif dalam manajemen dan penyempurnaan rantai suplai. Langkah-langkah yang dilakukan dalam penelitian yang berbasis pada metode SCOR ialah, pertama pembobotan tingkat pada kepentingan indikator SCOR. Kedua, mengkategorikan tingkatan indikator kinerja SCM. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukan bahwa pengiriman dan pengadaan dengan menggunakan metrik metode SCOR level 1 dimana hasil yang diperoleh ialah Perfect Order Fullfillment (POF) = 72.28%, Order Fullfillment Cycle Time (OCFT) = 15 hari, Cost Of Good Sold (COGS) = 49.07%, Cash To Cash Cycle Time (CTCCT) = 30 hari dengan metode SCOR, metode ini sangat tepat dan unggul untuk meningkatkan pelayanan kepuasan SCM pada PT Nieve Aplikasi Mandiri dari metode sebelumnya.
