Abstract
Kampung Rawajati, Bogor is one of the villages in the Tanah Cereal sub-district. This agency established business management of the food industry, especially rice. The livelihoods of the people in Indonesia are farmers, in achieving the target of agricultural economic development, the priority is to increase food security, and reduce dependence on food imports. Farmers in Kampung Rawajati, Bogor, continue to conduct business in a traditional manner, cause them to have difficulty monitoring forecasted climate conditions, which have a significant impact on agricultural development and productivity, data management, errors, and data loss on crop yields and the amount of land in each area of Rawajati village. As a result, it is not accommodate and deliver correct data. As a result of the emergence of this statement, the analysis of the problems review in this study is the need to design and implement agricultural data processing applications to support observation of the feasibility of harvest yields and other agricultural information needs that will be produced by the village of Rawajati's agricultural sector. The Rapid Application Development approach was used to create this application (RAD). Creating a data management system with the PHP programming language and the MySQL database. The method PIECES was used to analyze the problem. It’s envisaged that the agricultural data processing recommendation system (SIPBeras) will serve as an effective and efficient means of information distribution, allowing farmers and users in Kampung Rawajati, Bogor to access information on agricultural goods. Keywords : Farmer, RAD Method, Mysql , PIECES, SIPBeras Kampung Rawajati, Bogor merupakan salah satu desa yang ada di kecamatan Tanah Sereal. Instansi ini mendirikan pengelolaan usaha industri pangan khususnya perberasan. Mata pencaharian masyarakat di Negeri Indonesia adalah petani, dalam mencapai sasaran pembangunan perekonomian pertanian mengutamakan kepada peningkatan ketahanan pangan, serta berkurangnya ketergantungan terhadap impor pangan. Proses bisnis yang dilakukan petani Kampung Rawajati,Bogor masih dilakukan secara konvensional sehingga mengalami kesulitan dalam melakukan distibusi beras ke daerah-daerah lain yang sebelumnya tidak dilakukan pencatatan secara terkomputerisasi sehingga terjadinya kekeliruan dan kehilangan data terhadap hasil panen serta jumlah lahan di setiap daerah kampung Rawajati, sehingga tidak menampung dan memberikan informasi yang akurat. Melihat timbulnya pernyataan tersebut analisa masalah yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah perlu merancang dan mengimplementasikan aplikasi pengolahan data pertanian untuk mendukung pengamatan atas angka kelayakan hasil panen dan kebutuhan informasi pertanian lainnya yang akan dihasilkan oleh sektor pertanian kampung Rawajati. Aplikasi ini dikembangkan dengan menggunakan metode Rapid Application Development (RAD). Pembuatan sistem pengelolaan data menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database MySql. Analisa Masalah menggunakan metode PIECES. Dengan adanya sistem rekomendasi pengolahan data pertanian (SIPBeras) ini diharapkan sebagai salah satu sarana media penyampaian informasi yang efektif dan efisien sehingga dapat digunakan oleh petani dan pengguna yang membutuhkan informasi mengenai hasil pertanian dari Kampung Rawajati, Bogor.
