Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic is hitting all over the world. This situation has an impact on various sectors such as tourism, economy and health. Many tourist attractions are closed in the tourism sector and people’s mobility is limited. One of the restrictions on mobility is the policy on the use of public transportation and every passenger is required to implement a health protocol that is supervised by the government. Based on this, a service is needed that can support and assist in monitoring the use of transportation so that community mobility can continue. Booking services for land, air and sea transportation tickets are of particular interest to out research, especially train ticket reservations. The train ticket booking service can be an initial screening for passenger before using train. To help create a train ticket booking system with several features adapted to the implementation of health protocols during the Covid-19 pandemic, researchers used the Scrum methodology. The product backlog in the Scrum methodology is used to determine the features that will be used in the train ticket booking system service such as the seat selection feature and the feature to attach a health proof form. The manufacturing time is determined based on each Product Backlog and compiled in the Sprint Backlog. Items in the Product Backlog are grouped into several Sprints which are made in the form of a work timeline. A review is carried out everyday in the Daily Scrum, whether each job is still appropriate or there are problems resulting in discrepancies. In the testing phase called Sprint Review, prospective users are immediately included to try out the features in the information system that has been created. If there are things that are not appropriate or there are still errors that user does not want, it will be included in the Sprint Retrospective. Keywords: Train, Online Train Ticket Reservation, Covid-19, Scrum Methodology Situasi pandemik Covid-19 yang melanda hampir seluruh negara di setiap belahan bumi termasuk Indonesia tentunya. Dampak dari situasi pandemik Covid-19 mengakibatkan beberapa masalah di berbagai sektor seperti parawisata, ekonomi dan tentunya kesehatan. Oleh karena itu, pemerintah membuat kebijakan dalam penggunaan transportasi umum sebagai upaya untuk meminimalisir penyebaran virus Covid-19. Dibutuhkan suatu layanan yang dapat mendukung dan membantu pengawasan terhadap penggunaan transportasi agar mobilitas masyarakat tetap dapat berjalan. Layanan pemesanan tiket transportasi darat, udara dan laut mendapat perhatian khusus dari penelitian kami, khususnya pemesanan tiket Kereta Api. Layanan pemesanan tiket Kereta Api dapat menjadi screening awal para pengguna sebelum menggunakan transportasi Kereta Api. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi Scrum. Product Backlog dalam metodologi Scrum digunakan untuk menentukan fitur-fitur yang akan digunakan dalam layanan sistem informasi pemesanan tiket Kereta Api diantaranya fitur pemilihan kursi dan fitur untuk melampirkan form bukti kesehatan. Untuk waktu pembuatan ditentukan berdasarkan masing-masing Product Backlog dan disusun dalam Sprint Backlog. Item yang ada didalam Product Backlog dikelompokkan menjadi beberapa Sprint yang dibuat berupa timeline pengerjaan. Review terhadap pekerjaan dilakukan setiap hari dalam Daily Scrum, apakah setiap pekerjaan masih sesuai atau terdapat masalah sehingga terjadi ketidaksesuaian. Pada tahap pengujian yang disebut Sprint Review, para calon pengguna langsung diikutsertakan untuk mencoba fitur-fitur didalam sistem informasi yang sudah dibuat.
