Abstract

Pandemi virus COVID-19 memberikan dampak yang signifikan terhadap pelaku Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM), Salah satu dampak akibat pandemi ini adalah sulitnya pelaku usaha UMKM memasarkan produknya yang diakibatkan oleh Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar (PSBB) sebagai salah satu peraturan pemerintah untuk mencegah penyebaran Virus. Pada penelitian sebelumnya, sudh menerapkan metode Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) dan metode Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), adapun kelemahan dari metode TOPSIS dan AHP adalah matriks dan perhitungan yang lebih rumit pada perhitungan bobot terhadap kriteria sedangkan dengan metode SAW perhitungan jauh lebih sederhana. Pada penelitian kami akan membangun sebuah model yang bernama “UMKM-SAW” untuk melakukan evaluasi pengambilan keputusan terhadap pelaku usaha UMKM. Dimana model yang kami bangun ini memanfaatkan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW). Metode tersebut merupakan salah satu metode klasik Multiple Attribute Decision Making (MADM), yaitu suatu metode dengan mengambil banyak kriteria sebagai dasar pengambilan keputusan, dengan penilaian yang subjektif menyangkut masalah pemilihan, dimana analisis matematis tidak terlalu banyak dan digunakan untuk pemilihan alternatif dalam jumlah sedikit. Penelitian evaluasi pengambilan keputusan terhadap pelaku usaha UMKM yang terkena dampak pandemi ini telah dilakukan sebelumnya. Hasil dari penelitian ini diharapkan mampu menjadi solusi bagi pelaku usaha UMKM dalam menentukan pengambilan keputusan dan strategi yang tepat, sebagai upaya untuk mempertahankan dan mengembankan usaha yang dimilikinya. The COVID-19 virus pandemic has a significant impact on Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises or MSMEs. One of the effects of this pandemic is the difficulty of MSME business actors in marketing their products due to Large-Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB) as one of the government regulations to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 Virus. In previous research, the Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method and the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method have been applied, while the weaknesses of the TOPSIS and AHP methods are more complicated matrices and calculations in calculating the weight against the criteria while using the the SAW method of calculation is much simpler. The results of decision making for UMKM business actor, we use the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. This method is one of the classic methods of Multiple Attribute Decision Making (MADM), which is a method with many criteria as a basis for decision making, decision making that can determine selection problems, where mathematical analysis is not too much and is used for selecting a small number of alternatives. Research on evaluation of decision-making towards MSME business actors affected by this pandemic has been carried out before. In this study, the method used is the Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method and the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. The results of this study are expected to be a solution for MSME business actors in making the right decisions and strategies, as an effort to maintain and develop their businesses.
