Abstract

This research aims to analyze the implementation of the claims system, analyzeparticipants' responses regarding the effectiveness of the claims system andanalyze obstacles and solutions in the online BPJS Employment process usingthe Lapak Asik program during the Covid 19 Pandemic. BPJS Employment is the Employment Social Security Organizing Agency which was formed by theGovernment with the aim of improving the quality of community welfare whichhas been clearly stated in Law Number 24 of 2011 and one of its programs is Old Age Security Claims. The method used by the author in this research is aqualitative method with a descriptive approach. The data sources used areprimary data sources including interviews, secondary data sources in the form of journals, books and tertiary data sources. The research location is at the BPJSEmployment Jakarta Cilandak Branch office. Based on the results of the studies carried out, the implementation of Asik Stalls went well and conforms to theaspects of the digitization system, the responses of the participants were veryhelpful and madeit easier not to have to come to BPJS work. in the office. and it is known that thereare factors preventing the implementation of online kiosks that are not yet able touse information and communication technologies, participants must still come to the BPJS employment office if it is not possible to uploaddocuments during registration and the requirements of the participant's Internet network are unstable Keywords: Implementation,Physical Contactless Service (LAPAK ASIK), BPJSKetenagakerjaan Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pelaksanaan sistem klaim, menganalisa respon peserta mengenai keefektifan sistem klaim dan menganalisis kendala serta solusi dalam proses kaim BPJS Ketenagakerjaan secara onlinemenggunakan program Lapak Asik di masa Kondis Pandemi Covid 19. BPJSKetenagakerjaan merupakan Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial Ketenagakerjaan yang dibentuk oleh Pemerintah dengan tujuan untukmeningkatkan kualitas kesejahteraan masyarakat yang telah dituangkan padaUndang-Undang Nomor 24 tahun 2011 dengan jelas serta salah satu programnyaadalah Klaim Jaminan Hari Tua. Metode yang digunakan penulis dalam penelitianini adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Sumber data yangdigunakan adalah sumber data primer meliputi wawancara, sumber data sekunder berupa jurnal, buku dan sumber data tersier. Lokasi penelitian berada di kantor BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Cabang Jakarta Cilandak. Dari hasil penelitian yang ABSTRAK dilakukan, penerapan Lapak Asik sudah berjalan dengan baik dan sudah sesuai dengan aspek-aspek dalam system digitalisasi, respon peserta sangat terbantu sertamemudahkan tanpa perlu datang ke Kantor Cabang. Faktor kendala penghambat implementasi lapak asik online adalah faktor peserta belum cakap menggunakanperalatan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi, peserta tetap harus datang keKantor Cabang BPJS Ketenagakerjaan jika gagal mengupload dokumen pada saat pendaftaran, dan jaringan internet peserta klaim tidak stabil.
