Abstract

Penelitan ini bertujuan untuk membuat website jasa custom motor menggunakan PHP dan mempermudah informasi kepada masyarakat. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Bengkel BSTRD WORK SHOP merupakan bengkel yang menyediakan jasa modifikasi motor. Bengkel tersebut didirikan pada tahun 2013 yang berada di Jl. Pondok Maharta 1 Blok A4 No 15. Didalam memberikan informasi yang dibutuhkan pelanggan, BSTRD WORK SHOP masih sangatlah kurang. Pemberian informasi tersebut dapat diterima oleh pelanggan jika pelanggan mentelfon ataupun secara langsung. Oleh karena itu BSTRD WORK SHOP menginginkan suatu informasi yang dibutuhkan oleh pelanggan yang dapat diakses dimana saja dan kapan saja secara cepat dan tepat. Informasi yang dibutuhkan tersebut seperti jenis-jenis motor, model custom motor, dan rincian pembayaran. Dari permasalahan tersebut, BSTRD WORK SHOP membutuhkan suatu sistem informasi sebagai alat bantu untuk memberikan solusi yang tepat untuk memecahkan masalah. Oleh karena itu akan dibuat suatu sistem informasi jasa custom motor berbasis website pada bengkel BSTRD WORK SHOP. Dengan adanya sistem ini diharapkan bengkel BSTRD WORK SHOP dapat menyelesaikan masalah dan dapat meningkatkan pelayanan terhadap pelanggan.
