Abstract

PT.Allproperty Media sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang media online portal properti. Dalam perkembangan bisnisnya, PT.Allproperty Media mempunyai visi yaitu menjadi situs portal properti terdepan di Indonesia. Dimana sekarang ini perusahaan portal situs properti untuk menarik minat customer (pencari properti), agent dan developer properti memasarkan propertinya di suatu situs portal properti, perusahan situs properti memberikan suatu hal yang menarik salah satunya yaitu diberikan suatu merchandise. Dalam proses mengelolahan merchandise di butuhkan sistem aplikasi dimana stok merchandise dapat terkontrol dengan baik. Dalam aplikasi ini sistem dapat membuat proses pemintaan merchandise yang berjalan sesuai harapan. Dibuat dengan menganalisis permasalahan, membuat sistem usulan, merancang desain dan menguji aplikasi. Untuk bahasa pemograman yang digunakan adalah PHP Framework Laravel dan database dengan MYSQL. Hasil yang didapatkan berupa aplikasi sistem pengontrolan inventory merchandise. Kata kunci : Sistem, Pengontrolan, Inventory, Merchandise, Aplikasi
