Abstract
Increasing public awareness of the importance of public services is one of the reasons that the need for infrastructure is increasing. BRI Mobile is a financial service application consisting of Mobile Banking and Mobile Wallet which can be used to carry out transactions for daily needs at merchants who collaborate with it. BRI Bank, the BRI Mobile Application needs to carry out a feasibility analysis to improve the quality of the application both in terms of usability, quality of information and quality of interaction. The data collection method used by the author is observation, interviews, questionnaires and literature study, the sampling technique used by researchers is technique Saturated sampling using 125 samples of BRI Bank customer respondents. Kata Kunci : Webqual, BRI, Mobile, Banking Kesadaran masyarakat yang semakin tinggi terhadap pentingnya pelayanan publik merupakan salah satu alasan bahwa kebutuhan akan prasarana meningkat, BRI Mobile merupakan aplikasi layanan keuangan yang terdiri dari Mobile Banking dan Mobile Wallet yang dapat dipergunakan untuk melakukan transaksi kebutuhan seharihari pada merchant-merchant yang bekerjasama dengan Bank BRI, Aplikasi BRI Mobile perlu dilakukan analisis kelayakan untuk meningkatkan kualitas aplikasi tersebut baik dari kegunaan, kualitas informasi, dan kualitas interaksi, Metode pengumpulan data yang dilakukan oleh penulis yaitu observasi, wawancara, kuesioner dan studi pustaka, teknik sampling yang digunakan peneliti yaitu teknik sampling jenuh dengan menggunakan 125 sampel responden nasabah Bank BRI.
