Abstract

Business process modeling is a way to understand, design and analyze a business process. The benefit of business process modeling is to help companies understand their business processes well, identify problems that may occur, develop, document and communicate them to all business stakeholders. So that companies can improve the performance of managing their business processes. The purpose of making a Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) is to find out the business processes that occur at PT Agusta Dryer and minimize errors that often occur in the existing system at PT Agusta Dryer. The result of this research is that it is necessary to change the flow of business processes in terms of sales, service and purchase of goods. Keyword: Business Process, Business Process Reengineering Pemodelan proses bisnis merupakan tahapan dalam memahami, mendesain dan menganalisa suatu proses bisnis. Manfaat pemodelan proses bisnis adalah untuk membantu perusahaan atau organisasi dalam memahami proses bisnisnya dengan baik, mengidentifikasi permasalahan yang mungkin terjadi, mengembangkan, mendokumentasikan serta mengkomunikasikannya pada semua pemangku kepentingan bisnis. Sehingga perusahaan dapat meningkatkan performance dari pengelolaan proses bisnisnya. Tujuan dibuat Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) untuk mengetahui proses bisnis yang terjadi di PT Agusta Dryer dan meminimalisir kesalahan yang sering terjadi pada sistem yang ada di PT Agusta Dryer. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah perlu ada nya perubahan alur proses bisnis dari segi penjualan, pelayanan dan pembelian barang. Kata Kunci : Proses Bisnis, Business Process Reengineering, BPMN
