Abstract

Pada saat ini rak sepatu sudah sangat beragam bentuk desainnya dan beragam juga bahan yang digunakannya, mulai dari desain rak sepatu yang berkursi dan juga rak sepatu yang dapat digunakan sebagai partisi, dalam pembuatan rak sepatu tersebut sudah banyak menggunakan berbagai macam bahan dimulai dari menggunakan kayu, plastik, besi dan alumunium. Ada banyak perusahaan furniture dan alat rumah tangga yang menggunakan bahan kayu dalam pembuatan rak sepatunya. Kayu dikenal sebagai bahan konstruksi yang telah lama dikenal di Indonesia. Kemudahan mendapatkan kayu menjadikannya sebagai salah satu bahan konstruksi yang penting. Dengan perkembangan dan teknologi kayu (Timber Engineering) dewasa ini manusia cenderung membuat bahan-bahan kayu lebih terarah dengan memanfaatkan bahan kayu menjadi kayu lapis yang sangat berguna di dalam berbagai penggunaan kayu umumnya dan kehidupan manusia khususnya. Kayu juga mudah dikombinasikan dengan material yang lainnya dan mudah juga untuk dibentuk.At this time shoe rack has variety form of design and variety of materials used, from shoe rack design with a seat and shoe rack that can be used as partition, in manufacture of shoe rack is already widely used a variety of materials, starting from the use of wood, plastic, iron and aluminum. There are many furniture companies and household appliances that use wood in the manufacture of shoe rack. Wood is known as a construction material that has long been known in Indonesia. Easy to find wood makes it one of the most important construction materials. With the development and timber technology, nowdays humans tend to make wood materials more targeted by utilizing wood materials into plywood which is very useful in the various uses of wood in general and human life in particular. Wood is also easily combined with other materials and is also easy to form.
