Abstract
MICE building is a building that accommodates the main functions, namely meetings, incentives, conferences, and exhibitions. The design of the MICE Building at KAI Corporate University aims at the development and coaching of employees, which is expected to contribute a lot in creating a learning and innovative corporate culture, which in turn can bring great benefits to the company, employees, and other stakeholders. With a futuristic architectural approach, it is hoped that the building can follow and accommodate the demands of activities that are always evolving. Keywords : MICE, KAI Corporate, Futuristic Architecture MICE building adalah suatu gedung yang mewadahi fungsi utama yaitu pertemuan (meeting), incentive (insentif), konferensi (convention), dan pameran (exhibition). Perancangan Gedung MICE di KAI Corporate University bertujuan pada pengembangan dan pembinaan karyawan, yang diharapkan akan banyak berkontribusi dalam menciptakan budaya perusahaan yang pembelajar dan inovatif, yang pada gilirannya dapat membawa manfaat besar bagi perusahaan, karyawan, dan stakeholder lainnya. Dengan pendekatan arsitektur futuristic diharapkan bangunan dapat mengikuti dan menampung tuntutan kegiatan yang pasti selalu berkembang. Kata Kunci : MICE, KAI Corporate, Arsitektur Futuristik
