Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of firm size, structure of asset, profitability, sales growth, tax and interest rates on capital structure of telecommunication sub sector companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange for 2019-2022 period. The population in this study is 22 telecommunication sub sector companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2023. The samples taken in this study using a purposive sampling method. The sample used in this study are 10 companies. The data used in this study is secondary data. The data analysis method used in this study is panel data regression analysis. The results of this study show that firm size, sales growth, tax and interest rates does not have an effect on capital structure. Meanwhile structure of asset have an negative effect on capital structure and profitability have an positive effect on capital structure. Keywords: Firm Size, Structure of Asset, Profitability, Sales Growth, Tax, Interest Rates and Capital Structure Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh ukuran perusahaan, struktur aset, profitabilitas, pertumbuhan penjualan, pajak dan suku bunga terhadap struktur modal pada Perusahaan Sub Sektor Telekomunikasi Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2019-2022. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 22 Perusahaan Sub Sektor Telekomunikasi yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia di tahun 2023. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 11 perusahaan. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi data panel. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ukuran perusahaan, pertumbuhan penjualan, pajak dan suku bunga tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap struktur modal. Sedangkan struktur aset memiliki pengaruh negatif terhadap struktur modal dan profitabilitas memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap struktur modal. Kata kunci: Ukuran Perusahaan, Struktur Aset, Profitabilitas, Pertumbuhan Penjualan, Pajak, Suku Bunga dan Struktur Modal.
