Abstract
The strategic role of the KAI Education and Training Center in training and advancing Human Resources (HR) in the Indonesian railway sector is very significant. As an official education and training institution managed by PT Kereta Api Indonesia (KAI), the KAI Education and Training Center plays a key role in supporting the progress and survival of this industry. Therefore, the demand for meetings, training and conferences among professionals and practitioners in the industry continues to increase. The biophilic architectural approach in designing MICE buildings involves a deep understanding of natural patterns and human interactions with the surrounding environment. The design of this building emphasizes the use of environmentally friendly materials, natural lighting, natural ventilation, and the integration of green areas in open spaces. Keywords: Meeting. Incentive, Conference, Exhibition, Biophilic Peran strategis Pusdiklat KAI dalam melatih dan memajukan Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) dalam sektor perkeretaapian Indonesia sangat signifikan. Sebagai lembaga pendidikan dan pelatihan resmi yang dikelola oleh PT Kereta Api Indonesia (KAI), Pusdiklat KAI memegang peran kunci dalam mendukung kemajuan dan kelangsungan hidup industri ini. Oleh karena itu, permintaan akan pertemuan, pelatihan, dan konferensi di antara para profesional dan praktisi di industri ini terus meningkat. Pendekatan arsitektur biofilik dalam perancangan gedung MICE ini melibatkan pemahaman mendalam terhadap pola-pola alam dan interaksi manusia dengan lingkungan sekitar. Desain gedung ini menekankan penggunaan material ramah lingkungan, pencahayaan alami, ventilasi alami, dan integrasi lahan hijau dalam ruang terbuka. Kata kunci : Meeting.
