Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the effect of Thin Capitalization, Profitability & Transfer Pricing on tax avoidance. The object of this study are companies in healthcare sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2022. In this research, the authors used 4 variables, namely Tax Avoidance as the dependent variable while Thin Capitalization, Profitability & Transfer Pricing as independent variables. The data used in this study are secondary data with purposive sampling. With a sample collected in this study of 13 companies with a period of 5 years. The data analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression with the SPSS version 26 program. The results of this study are Thin Capitalization does not effects on Tax Avoidance, Profitability has a positive and significant effect on Tax avoidance, and Transfer pricing has a positive and significant effect on Tax Avoidance. Keywords: thin capitalization, profitabilitas, transfer pricing, and tax avoidance. Tujuan dari dibuatnya penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh Thin Capitalization, Profitabilitas & Transfer Pricing terhadap Tax Avoidance studi pada perusahaan sektor kesehatan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2018-2022). Penelitian yang dilakukan kali ini penulis menggunakan 4 variabel yaitu Tax Avoidance sebagai variabel dependen sedangkan Thin Capitalization, Profitabilitas & Transfer Pricing sebagai variabel independen. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder dengan pengambilan sample purposive sampling. Dengan sampel yang terkumpul dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 13 perusahaan dengan periode 5 tahun. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linear berganda dengan program SPSS versi 26. Perkiraan hasil dari penelitian ini adalah Thin Capitalization tidak berpengaruh terhadap tax avoidance, Profitabilitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Tax Avoidance, dan Transfer Pricing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap tax avoidance. Kata kunci: thin capitalization, profitabilitas, transfer pricing , dan tax avoidance.
