Abstract

Kinerja karyawan mempengaruhi sejumlah faktor seperti produktivitas, kualitas, dan efisiensi. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Beban Kerja, Kompensasi Dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Delisari Nusantara. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT. Delisari Nusantara dengan populasi sejumlah 364 karyawan. Peneliti menggunakan teknik Probability Sampling dengan jumlah sampel penelitian sebesar 191 karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis Smart PLS 3.3.9. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : (1) Terdapat pengaruh negative dan signifikan pada variabel beban kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Delisari Nusantara (2) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan pada variabel kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Delisari Nusantara (3) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan pada variabel disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Delisari Nusantara. Employee performance has an impact on many different elements, including productivity, quality, and efficiency. The purpose of this study is to assess the influence of workload, compensation, and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Delisari Archipelago. This research employs a quantitative descriptive approach.. This study was conducted at PT. Delisari Nusantara, which has 364 employees. Researchers employed Probability Sampling techniques on a total research sample of 191 employees. The analysis approach used in this study is Smart PLS 3.3.9. A questionnaire was used to obtain the data. The research results demonstrate that: (1) There is a negative and significant influence on the workload variable on the performance of employees of PT Delisari Nusantara. (2) The compensation variable has a positive and considerable impact on the performance of employees of PT Delisari Nusantara. (3) Work discipline variables have a favorable and significant influence on employee performance at PT Delisari Nusantara.
