Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi, disiplin kerja dan stres kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Pengukuran variabel menggunakan skala likert. Objek penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan retail kontrak yang bekerja pada PT Erajaya Swasembada Tbk Region 1. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 74 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrument penelitian adalah kuesioner. Penentuan ukuran sampel menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh yaitu mengambil keseluruhan populasi. Metode Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan menggunakan program Partial Least Square (Smart-PLS) versi 3.0. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa motivasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Stres kerja berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. This study was to determine the effect of motivation, work discipline and work stress on the employee performance. Variable measurement uses a Likert scale. The objects of this research are all contract retail employees who work at PT Erajaya Swasembada Tbk Region 1. This study was conducted on 74 respondents using a quantitative descriptive approach. The data collection method uses a survey method, with the research instrument being a questionnaire. Determination of sample size uses a saturated sample technique, namely taking the entire population. The data analysis method in this research uses the Structural Equation Model (SEM) approach using the Partial Least Square (Smart-PLS) program version 3.0. The results of this research show that motivation has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Work discipline has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Job stress has a significant negative effect on employee performance.
