Abstract
Studies on moving the capital city of Jakarta to East Kalimantan were carried out in 2016 and on August 26 2019 President Joko Widodo announced that the location for the capital city named Nusantara would be built in Sepaku, North Penajam Paser Regency, East Kalimantan Province. Various opinions were formed for and against the discourse of moving the capital city of Jakarta to Nusantara. By carrying out an analysis using the BERT algorithm, it is hoped that additional input can be used to assist decision-making for office holders regarding the transfer of the capital city of Jakarta to Nusantara. By using data obtained from Twitter social media, this research is aimed at analyzing the responses and opinions of the public regarding the relocation of the capital city of Jakarta to Nusantara. The data obtained from Twitter will be classified into three types of responses, namely positive, negative, and neutral. Next, the researcher will classify using the BERT multilanguage classifier pre-trained model to find out the sentiments of the public about the transfer of the capital city of Jakarta to Nusantara. The results of the analysis of the researcher's research obtained an accuracy rate of 91.77% using 9 epochs. Keywords: IKN, BERT, sentiment, twitter, NLP. Kajian akan pemindahan Ibu Kota Jakarta ke Kalimantan Timur dilakukan pada tahun 2016 dan pada tanggal 26 Agustus 2019 Presiden Joko Widodo mengumumkan lokasi Ibu Kota bernama Nusantara akan dibangun di Sepaku, Kabupaten Penajam Paser Utara, Provinsi Kalimantan Timur. Terbentuk beragam pendapat pro dan kontra atas wacana pemindahan ibu kota Jakarta ke Nusantara. Dengan melakukan analisis menggunakan algoritma BERT diharapkan dapet dijakdikan masukan tambaha dalam membantu pengambilan keputusan bagi pemangku jabatan terhadap pemindahan ibu kota Jakarta Ke Nusantara. Dengan menggunakan data yang didapatkan dari social media twitter penelitian ini ditujukan untuk menganalisis respon dan opini masyarakan akan pemindahan Ibu Kota Jakarta ke Nusantara. Data yang didapatkan dari twitter akan diklasifikasikan ke dalam tiga jenis respon yaitu positif, negatif, netral. Selanjutnya peneliti akan melakukan klasifikasi menggunakan pre-trained model BERT multilanguage classifier untuk mengetahui sentimen dari masyarakat akan pemindahan Ibu Kota Jakarta ke Nusantara. Hasil analisis dari penelitian peneliti didapatkan tingkat akurasi 91.77% menggunakan 9 epoch. Kata Kunci: IKN, BERT, sentiment, twitter, NLP.
