Abstract

PT. Dwi Multi Makmur is a company operating in the field of trailer and semi-trailer spare parts which has customers from various regions. When carrying out a sale and purchase transaction, there is proof of receipt or also a billing document given to the buyer, namely Invoicing. The process of receiving invoices and checking the correctness of documents is the responsibility of the purchase division after receiving documents from suppliers, while payment of bills is carried out by the finance division. The aim of this research is to design and build a web-based Invoicing, Receipt and Payment Information System at PT. Dwi Multi Makmur uses PHP & MY SQL with the Laravel Framework. The result of this research is a web-based receipt and settlement application, which is expected to improve and simplify the ongoing receipt handover process. Dwi Multi Makmur adalah perusahan yang bergerak di bidang Spareparts Trailer Maupun Semi Trailer yang memiliki customer dari berbagai wilayah. Dalam melakukan transaksi jual beli terdapat bukti tanda jadi atau juga dokumen penagihan yang diberikan kepada pembeli yaitu Invoicing. Dalam proses tanda terima invoice sampai dengan pengecekan kebenaran dokumen di pertanggung jawabkan oleh divisi purchase setelah menerima dokumen dari supplier, sedangkan pelunasan tagihan dilakukan oleh divisi finance. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah Untuk merancang dan membangun Sistem Informasi Invoicing, Tandaterima dan Pelunasan berbasis web pada PT. Dwi Multi Makmur menggunakan PHP & MY SQL dengan Framework Laravel. Hasil dari penelitian ini merupakan aplikasi tanda terima dan pelunasan berbasis web, yang diharapkan akan memperbaiki dan mempermudah berjalannya proses serah terima tandaterima yang sedang berjalan.
