Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Current Ratio (CR),Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) dan Earning Per Share (EPS) terhadap Harga Saham.Objek penelitian ini adalah Perusahaan Manufaktur sub sektor Makanan dan Minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2012-2015. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kausal komparatif. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling method. Dari metode tersebut diperoleh 8 perusahaan yang memenuhi kriteria dan total perusahaan sebanyak 16 perusahaan selama periode pengamatan 4 tahun. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi data panel. Hasil dari penelitian dengan menggunakan uji f-statistik menunjukkan bahwa variabel CR, DER dan EPS secara bersama-sama (simultan) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Harga Saham. Sedangkan hasil uji t-statistik menunjukkan bahwa variabel CR, DER tidak terdapat pengaruh signifikan terhadap Harga Saham dan EPS terdapat pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Harga Saham pada perusahaan Manufaktur sub sektor Makanan dan Minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2012-2015.This research aims to know the influence of Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Earning Per Share (EPS) on stock price. The object of this research is Food and Beverage Manufacturing sub-sectors companies that are registered in Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2012-2015. The design used in this research is causal comparative research. The sampling technique conducted by using purposive sampling method. Form that method, 8 companies fulfill the criteria from a total of 16 companies in 4 years observation. The analysis technique used is the regression analysis data panel. The result of the research by using f-statistic test shows that the variables CR, DER and EPS together (simultaneously) have a significant effect on Stock Price. While the result of t-statistic test shows that CR, DER variable have no significant effect on Stock Price and EPS have a significant positive effect on Food and Beverage Manufacturing sub-sectors companies that are registered in Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2012-2015.
