Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk megetahui pengaruh Struktur Modal yang dibatasi dengan Debt to Equity Ratio, Profitabilitas yang dibatasi dengan Return On Equity (ROE), dan Ukuran Perusahaan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Objek penelitian ini adalah perusahaan subsector pertambangan batubara periode 2013 – 2015. Data yang digunakan merupakan data sekunder yang diperoleh melalui situs Bursa Efek Indonesia (www.idx.co.id). Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kausal. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Dari metode diperoleh 22 perusahaan yang memenuhi kriteria dari total 23 perusahaan selama periode pengamatan tiga tahun. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi data panel dengan menggunakan tiga pendekatan model alternative yaitu Common Effect, Fixed Effect, dan Random Effect. Kemudian untuk pemilihan model digunakan model Chow Test, Hausman Test, dan Lagrange Multiplier Test serta pengujian menggunakan uji F dan uji t-statistic. Hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan uji t-statistic ini menunjukkan bahwa DER memiliki pengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan industri pertambangan batubara yang terdaftar di BEI pada periode 2013 – 2015 dan variabel ROE dan Size tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Untuk hasil koefisien determinasi dalam penelitian ini, menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh sebesar 39,4439% dari nilai perusahaan dipengaruhi oleh ketiga variabel independen dalam penelitian ini, sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain diluar model penelitian ini.This study aims to determine the effect of Capital Structure which is limited by Debt to Equity Ratio, Profitability which is limited with Return On Equity (ROE), and Company Size on Company Value. The object of this research is coal mining subsector company period 2013 - 2015. The data used are secondary data obtained through the Indonesia Stock Exchange website (www.idx.co.id). The research design used was causal research. The sampling technique used purposive sampling method. From the method obtained 22 companies that meet the criteria of a total of 23 companies during the three-year observation period. The analysis technique used is panel data regression analysis using three alternative model approach that is Common Effect, Fixed Effect, and Random Effect. Then for model selection used Chow Test model, Hausman Test, and Lagrange Multiplier Test and testing using F test and t-statistic test. The result of this research by using t-statistic test shows that DER has influence to the value of coal mining industry companies listed on BEI in period 2013-2015 and ROE and Size has no significant effect on company value. For the result of coefficient of determination in this research, show that influence equal to 39,4439% from firm value influenced by three independent variable in this research, while the rest influenced by other factor outside this research model.
