Abstract

Today the need for housing is increasing in Jakarta along with population density and urbanization so that high-rise residential buildings are increasing and filling Jakarta's urban areas as the center of business and government in Indonesia. This fueled a growing demand for housing that is practical and can meet psychological needs for relaxation and entertainment when commuting to work or working from home. The need for an apartment at this time is not only a place to live but to unwind and tired after coming home from work or spending time with your beloved family. So in this design the authors designed an apartment in the Mutiara Beach area which is adjacent to the west sea of Jakarta facing the spectacular views of Jakarta such as baywalk malls and cafes as well as restaurants and regatta apartments. This designed Mutiara Beach Apartment carries the theme of parks and tourism entertainment in the beach area by taking advantage of the view of the vast ocean with its horizon. As well as various facilities that support beach tourism such as a small harbor connected to the garden in front of the building as access to the sea, beach area gardens, infinite swimming pools on rooftop apartment towers and interior units that carry the concept of beach area design or coastal design. Dewasa ini kebutuhan akan hunian meningkat dijakarta seiring kepadatan penduduk dan urbanisasi sehingga bangunan hunian bertingkat bertambah dan memenuhi perkotaan Jakarta sebagai pusat bisnis dan pemerintahan di Indonesia. Hal ini memicu pertumbuhan akan permintaan hunian yang praktis dan dapat memenuhi kebutuhan psikologis untuk relaksasi dan hiburan saat pulang kerja atau kerja dari rumah. Kebutuhan apartemen saat ini bukan hanya sebagai tempat hunian tapi untuk melepas penat dan Lelah setelah pulang kerja atau menghabiskan waktu Bersama keluarga tercinta. Maka pada perancangan ini penulis merancang apartemen di area Pantai Mutiara yang berdekatan dengan laut barat Jakarta yang berhadapan dengan pemandangan Jakarta yang spektakuler seperti mall baywalk dan café serta restaurant dan apartemen regatta. Apartement Pantai Mutiara yang didesain ini mengusung tema taman dan hiburan pariwisata area Pantai dengan memanfaatkan view lautan luas dengan horisonnya. Serta berbagai fasilitas yang mendukung wisata Pantai seperti Pelabuhan kecil yang terkoneksi dengan taman didepan bangunan sebagai akses ke laut, taman areaPantai, infinite kolam renang diatas rooftop tower apartemen dan interior unit yang mengusung konsepdesain area Pantai atau coastal design.
