Abstract
The purpose of this research is to determine the impact of Leadership, Organizational Culture, Motivation, and Employee Performance. The researcher uses a quantitative approach as the methodology because the data collected is objective, measurable, rational, and systematic. In this research, the researcher uses a complete sample, which means the entire population is used in the study, and sampling is taken from all employees of PT. Pegadaian North Jakarta Area, which has a population of 140 people. The analysis method used is Structural Equation Modeling, and data processing is done using Partial Least Square (PLS) software. The results of the research show that Leadership has a positive and significant impact on Employee Performance. Organizational Culture has a positive and significant impact on Employee Performance. Leadership has a positive and significant impact on Motivation. Organizational Culture has a positive and significant impact on Motivation. Motivation has a positive and significant impact on Employee Performance. Leadership has a positive and significant impact on Employee Performance mediated by Motivation. Motivation partially mediates the relationship between Organizational Culture and Employee Performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kepemimpinan, Budaya Organisasi, Motivasi dan Kinerja Karyawan. Jenis pendekatan penelitian yang penulis pakai adalah kuantitatif sebagai metode ilmiah karena data-data yang bersifat kongkrit, objektif, terukur, rasional dan sistematis. Pada penelitian ini sampel yang dipakai ialah sampel jenuh yang dimana seluruh populasi di penelitian ini dipakai sampel dan sampel diambil dari semua karyawan PT. Pegadaian Area Jakarta Utara dimana jumlah populasinya sebanyak 140 orang. Metode analisis penelitian ini memakai Structural Equation Modeling, dan pengolahan datanya memakai program perangkat lunak Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kepemimpinan memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Budaya Organisasi memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kepemimpinan memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi. Budaya Organisasi memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi. Motivasi memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan yang dimediasi motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan. Motivasi sebagai partial mediation antara kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karywan. Budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan yang dimediasi motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan. Motivasi sebagai partial mediation antara budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan.
