Abstract

Archives are document storage with the purpose of data storage from an institution. Digital archives aim to store document data in a unified manner for the purpose of data collection. Thus, when searching for past data, it is easy to access. The problem faced in these archives still involves using an old system, where documents are stored only on internal computers, company servers, and internal drives.When you want to access them outside the office, it becomes difficult to retrieve these documents. With a web-based E-archive application system using sequential searching algorithms, it is hoped that it will help improve archive management. This application will assist in quickly storing and retrieving documents. Through the archive management system application, it can facilitate the sales and factory divisions in accessing company standard documents easily and quickly. This application makes it easy for the factory and sales departments to search for standard files from the center according to their needs. Keywords: E-Archive, web-based application Arsip adalah penyimpanan dokumen dengan tujuan penyimpanan data dari suatu instansi. Arsip digital memiliki tujuan untuk menyimpan data dokumen dalam satu kesatuan dengan tujuan pengumpulan data. Sehingga saat pencarian saat data yang sudah lampau di gunakan mudah untuk di akses. Masalah yang di hadapi dalam arsip ini masih menggunakan sistem lama yaitu dokumen masih di simpan di internal komputer, server perusahaan dan drive internal saja. Ketika ingin akses di luar kantor maka akan sulit untuk mengakses dokumen tersebut. Dengan sistem aplikasi E-arsip berbasis web menggunakan Algoritma squenstial searching di harapakan akan membantu untuk management arsip menjadi lebih baik. Aplikasi ini akan membantu untuk menyimpan dan pencarian kembali dokumen dengan cepat. Melalui aplikasi sistem management arsip bisa mempermudah pihak div. penjualan dan div. pabrik untuk mengakses dokumen standart perusahaan dengan mudah dan cepat. Aplikasi ini memudahkan pabrik dan bidang penjualan untuk mencari file standart dari pusat dengan sesuai kebutuhannya. Kata kunci: E-Arsip aplikasi berbasis web
