Abstract

Business process reengineering is one of the right ways that can be done to improve the quality of work of organizations/agencies. The problem that is often faced by organizations is the difference between the time stated in the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and the actual implementation time. This is also a concern for reviewing and evaluating ongoing business processes using the Case Tracing Information System (SIPP) application. The method to be used is to use process mining to find out where the weak points of the ongoing business processes are. Analyzing trail data formatted as an event log, then analyzing it by looking for obstacles that occur during the process stages of the ongoing SOP. The results of the analysis found that there were obstacles in the trial process, this was caused by blanks that were not available in the Case Tracing Information System (SIPP) application. So that an intermediate system is needed to bridge the Case Tracing Information System (SIPP) and user needs, this system is the Integrated Blank Application (ABT). The concept of business process reengineering that will be carried out aims to provide results of analysis of business process improvements, strategies, and patterns of leadership at the West Jakarta Religious Court. So that service and case handling can run optimally to achieve a good and satisfactory service level agreement. Keywords: business process reengineering, process mining, case tracking information system Business process reengineering adalah salah satu cara yang tepat yang dapat dilakukan untuk memperbaiki kualitas kerja organisasi/instansi. Permasalahan yang sering dihadapi oleh organisasi adalah terjadinya perbedaan antara waktu yang tertera pada Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) dengan waktu pelaksanaan riil/nyata. Hal ini pun menjadi perhatian untuk dilakukan peninjauan dan evaluasi pada proses bisnis yang sedang berjalan menggunakan aplikasi Sistem Informasi Penelusuran Perkara (SIPP). Metode yang akan digunakan adalah menggunakan process mining guna mengetahui dimana letak dari titik lemah proses bisnis yang sedang berjalan. Melakukan analisa pada data sudit trail yang diformat menjadi event log, kemudian dilakukan analisis dengan mencari hambatan yang terjadi pada tahapan proses pada SOP yang sedang berjalan. Hasil analisa didapatkan bahwa terjadi hambatan pada proses persidangan, hal ini disebabkan oleh blangko yang tidak tersedia pada aplikasi Sistem Informasi Penelusuran Perkara (SIPP). Sehingga dibutuhkan sistem antara untuk menjembatani antara Sistem Informasi Penelusuran Perkara (SIPP) dan kebutuhan user, sistem ini adalah Aplikasi Blangko Terintegrasi (ABT). Adapun konsep business process reengineering yang akan dilakukan bertujuan untuk memberikan hasil Analisa perbaikan proses bisnis, setrategi dan pola kepemimpinan pada Pengadilan Agama Jakarta Barat. Sehingga pelayanan dan penangana perkara dapat berjalan optimal guna mencapai service level agreement yang baik dan memuaskan.
