Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of organizational justice, compensation and work motivation on organizational commitment and employee performance. With quantitative methods and involving 50 respondents, the study used saturated sampling techniques. Data collection in this study was conducted through a survey using a questionnaire as a survey instrument to respondents. Data analysis was carried out using the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The results of this study indicate that organizational justice has no effect on organizational commitment, organizational justice has no effect on employee performance, compensation has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and organizational commitment has no effect on employee performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh keadilan organisasi, kompensasi dan motivasi kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi dan kinerja karyawan. Dengan metode kuantitatif dan melibatkan 50 Responden, penelitian menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini dilakukan melalui survey dengan menggunakan kuisioner sebagai instrumen survei kepada responden. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan Structural Equation Model – Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa keadilan organisasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap komitmen organisasi, keadilan organisasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi, kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi, motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan komitmen organisasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan.
