Abstract
Today, companies that overshadow public investment began to proliferate. In order to compete with competitors, MNC Sekuritas tries to maintain its best human resources and encourage them to be more efficient and effective in working. This study aims to determine the effect of Compensation and Perceived Organizational Support on Employee Engagement with Job Satisfaction Behavior as an intervening Dewasa ini, perusahaan yang menaungi investasi masyarakat mulai menjamur. Demi bersaing dengan kompetitor, MNC Sekuritas mencoba mempertahankan SDM terbaiknya serta mendorong sumber daya tersebut untuk lebih efisien dan efektif dalam bekerja. Tujuan penelitian adalah mengetahui pengaruh Kompensasi dan Perceived Organizational Support terhadap Employee Engagement dengan Kepuasan Kerja sebagai variabel intervening. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh karyawan tetap kantor pusat PT MNC Sekuritas Jakarta dengan sampel sebanyak 105 responden. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survey. Analisis data SEM-PLS menggunakan software SmartPLS 3. Hasil dari penelitian, Kompensasi tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Employee Engagement, namun memiliki pengaruh signifikan dengan Kepuasan Kerja. Perceived Organizational Support memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja dan Employee Engagement. Juga ditemukan bahwa Kepuasan Kerja memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Employee Engagement. Kompensasi dan Perceived Organizational Support melalui Kepuasan Kerja memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Employee Engagement. Disimpulkan bahwa, Perceived Organizational Support pun dapat menjadi alasan karyawan memiliki keterlibatan dengan perusahaan, namun Kompensasi dan Perceived Organizational Support dapat menjadi faktor penentu untuk meningkatkan Kepuasan Kerja karyawan. Jika karyawan memiliki Kepuasan Kerja yang tinggi, maka Employee Engagement karyawan juga akan meningkat. variable. The population is all the permanent employee of Head Quarter PT MNC Sekuritas Jakarta with total sample of 105 respondents. Quantitative research with survey methods. SEM-PLS data analysis using SmartPLS 3. The results of the study, Compensation does not have a significant effect on Employee Engagement, but has significant effect on Job Satisfaction. Perceived Organizational Support has significant effect on Job Satisfaction and Employee Engagement. It was also found that Job Satisfaction has significant effect on Employee Engagement. Compensation and Perceived Organizational Support through Job Satisfaction have significant effect on Employee Engagement. It was concluded that, Perceived Organizational Support can also be a reason for employees to have engagement with the company, but Compensation and Perceived Organizational Support can be a determining factor to increase employee’s Job Satisfaction. If employees have high Job Satisfaction, then employee Engagement will also increase.
