Abstract

The website-based Auto Renewal & Auto Disable Internet Application System is an innovative solution designed to automate the process of renewing and deactivating internet services for household and business users. The app's key features include the ability to set auto-renewals based on specific time periods, so users don't have to worry about disconnecting their internet service after it expires. In addition, the system can also automatically disable internet services if the user has missed a payment or violated the terms of the service agreement. The application operates by integrating customer data, billing information, and contract terms through a sophisticated database management system. When the renewal time arrives, the application will send a notification to the user and, if approved, will process the payment automatically. Conversely, if a user ignores payment or violates the terms of the contract, the system will disable their internet service until payment is completed. The main advantages of this system are higher efficiency in internet subscription management, reduced user disruption caused by service outages, and increased user understanding of their bills. Additionally, this system can help internet service providers manage their customer base more effectively. Keywords: AutoRenewal, BillingAutomation, InternetServiceProvider Sistem Aplikasi Auto Renewal & Auto Disable Internet berbasis website adalah sebuah solusi inovatif yang dirancang untuk mengotomatisasi proses perpanjangan dan penonaktifan layanan internet bagi pengguna rumah tangga dan bisnis. Fitur utama aplikasi ini mencakup kemampuan untuk mengatur perpanjangan otomatis berdasarkan periode waktu tertentu, sehingga pengguna tidak perlu khawatir tentang pemutusan layanan internet mereka setelah jatuh tempo. Selain itu, sistem ini juga dapat menonaktifkan layanan internet secara otomatis jika pengguna telah melewatkan pembayaran atau melanggar syarat-syarat perjanjian layanan. Aplikasi ini beroperasi dengan mengintegrasikan data pelanggan, informasi tagihan, dan syarat-syarat kontrak melalui sistem manajemen basis data yang canggih. Ketika waktu perpanjangan tiba, aplikasi akan mengirimkan pemberitahuan kepada pengguna dan, jika disetujui, akan memproses pembayaran secara otomatis. Sebaliknya, jika pengguna mengabaikan pembayaran atau melanggar ketentuan kontrak, sistem akan menonaktifkan layanan internet mereka hingga pembayaran diselesaikan. Keuntungan utama dari sistem ini adalah efisiensi yang lebih tinggi dalam manajemen berlangganan internet, mengurangi gangguan pengguna yang disebabkan oleh pemutusan layanan, dan meningkatkan pemahaman pengguna tentang tagihan mereka. Selain itu, sistem ini dapat membantu penyedia layanan internet dalam mengelola basis pelanggan mereka secara lebih efektif. Kata Kunci: AutoRenewal, BillingAutomation, InternetServiceProvider
