Abstract

There is a machine in the production line of the tire manufacturing industry whose function is to vulcanize semi-finished tires from assembly into complete tires, which is called the curing process. In the curing machine there is an pompa oli tank which supplies the engine's oil needs. However, there is often an empty oil stock in the pompa oli tank because the production and maintenance team does not have media or tools to monitor the oil level in the pompa oli tank. Frequent oil filling also has an impact on uncontrolled oil consumption. In this research, an oil level monitoring system was created in the pompa oli tank with a human machine interface and web-based application. Where the system is made using the HMI GOT 1000 which is used as a medium for monitoring oil levels in the engine area and a web-based application is used in the office area. To obtain oil level data, 3 proximity sensors are used. These 3 units are to limit the minimum, middle and maximum oil levels. To collect data, a database system is used using a MySQL database with several tables in it. The oil level monitoring system with a human machine interface has been designed using GT designer and embedded in the Mistubishi GOT 1000 HMI screen and has undergone functionality testing. The result is an average success percentage of 93%. Then for the web-based oil level monitoring system, a functionality test was also carried out, the result of which was that the success rate reached 100%. Keywords : oil level, mysql database, monitoring system, human machine interface Terdapat salah satu mesin di lini produksi industri manufaktur ban yang fungsinya untuk memvulkanisasi ban setengah jadi hasil assembly menjadi ban seutuhnya yang disebut proses curing. Pada mesin curing tersebut teradapat tangki pompa oli yang menspuplai kebutuhan oli pada mesin. Namun kerap kali terjadi kekosongan stock oli pada tangki pompa oli dikarenakan tim produksi dan perawatan tidak memiliki media atau alat pemantaun level oli pada tangki pompa oli. Seringnya pengisian oli juga berdampak pada konsumsi oli yang tidak terkontol. Pada penelitian ini dibuat sistem pemantauan level oli pada tangki pompa oli dengan human machine interface dan aplikasi berbasis web. Dimana sistem tersebut dibuat menggunakan HMI GOT 1000 yang di gunakan untuk media pemantaun level oli di area mesin dan aplikasi berbasis web digunakan di area kantor. Untuk mendapatkan data level oli digunakanlah sensor proximity yang dipasang sebanyak 3 unit. 3 unit tersebut untuk membatasi level oli minumum, middle dan maksimum. Untuk menghimpun data digunakanlah sistem database menggunakan database mysql dengan beberapa tabel di dalamnya. Sistem pemantaun level oli dengan human machine interface sudah dirancang menggunakan GT designer dan disematkan pada layar HMI mistubishi GOT 1000 sudah dilakukan pengujian fungsionalitas. Hasilnya adalah rata-rata persentase keberhasilan yang didapat mencapai 93%. Kemudian untuk sistem pemanatauan level oli berbasis web juga dilakukan uji fungsionalitas yang hasilnya adalah tingkat keberhasilannya mencapai 100%.
