Abstract
Breast Cancer is a malignant tumor that grows in the cells of the breast tissue. According to the World Health Organization (WHO), around 2.3 million women were diagnosed with breast cancer and around 685 thousand women died from breast cancer in 2020 and continues to grow, therefore detecting before it occurs is very useful because it can prevent and can increase the effectiveness of breast cancer healing. Therefore, a wearable antenna is designed as breast cancer detection. In this research, a wearable antenna with a frequency of 2,4 GHz rectangular patch using jeans substrate will be made for breast cancer detection system. During testing the antenna can work well, but there are differences in results from simulations and measurements due to several factors. Antenna simulation using Ansys HFSS software. The results of the simulation get results that match the specifications, namely, a working frequency of 2,4 GHz and a return loss of -11,55 dB, but during measurements using a network analyzer get a working frequency value of 2,32 GHz and a return loss value of -10,2 dB for the first optimization antenna and for the second optimization antenna get a working frequency value of 2,4 GHz and a return loss of -15,61 dB during simulation but during fabrication measurements get a working frequency value of 2,37 GHz and a return loss of -8,44 dB. Keywords: Wearable antenna, jeans substrate, rectangular patch, Ansys HFSS software, Breast Cancer Kanker Payudara merupakan tumor ganas yang tumbuh di dalam sel – sel jaringan payudara. Menurut World Health Organization (WHO) sekitar 2,3 juta wanita terdiagnosis terkena kanker payudara dan sekitar 685 ribu wanita meninggal karena kanker payudara pada tahun 2020 dan terus bertambah, maka dari itu melakukan pendeteksian sebelum terjadi sangat berguna karena dapat mencegah dan dapat meningkatkan efektivitas penyembuhan kanker payudara. Oleh karena itu, dirancang antena wearable sebagai pendeteksian kanker payudara. Pada penelitian ini akan dibuat antena wearable dengan frekuensi 2,4 GHz rectangular patch menggunakan substrat jeans untuk sistem pendeteksi kanker payudara. Pada saat pengujian antena dapat bekerja dengan baik, namun ada perbedaan hasil dari simulasi dan pengukuran dikarenakan beberapa faktor. Simulasi antena menggunakan software Ansys HFSS. Hasil dari simulasi mendapatkan hasil yang sesuai spesifikasi yaitu, frekuensi kerja 2,4 GHz dan return loss -11,55 dB namun pada saat pengukuran menggunakan network analyzer mendapatkan nilai frekuensi kerja 2,32 GHz dan nilai return loss -10,2 dB untuk antena optimasi pertama dan untuk antena optimasi kedua mendapatkan nilai frekuensi kerja 2,4 GHz dan return loss - 15,61 dB saat simulasi namun saat pengukuran fabrikasi mendapatkan nilai frekuensi kerja 2,37 GHz dan return loss -8,44 dB.
