Abstract
In the industrial sector, induction motors are widely used due to their reliable performance and low maintenance costs. In order for industrial operations to remain reliable, it is necessary to carry out maintenance on induction motors. Based on previous research, it shows that induction motor damage is caused by bearings with a percentage of 60%. So to prevent damage to the bearing, the bearing is heated. Bearing heaters are the answer to installing bearings safely and without causing damage to the bearings. This bearing heater is used in the GMF Power Services unit, but due to damage to the control circuit, the control circuit cannot be used. Instead, a single-phase variac weighing 20 kg must be used and the voltage setting is done manually, and the temperature setting is also controlled manually. This is considered less efficient and less practical in use and currently there is no monitoring of the reliability of bearing heaters So in this research the author provides a solution on how to display bearing heater measurement results in real time by inputting data parameters contained in the microcontroller using the Node-RED application as a monitoring dashboard. In the process of monitoring the bearing heater using bearing type NU 319 ECM C3 in real time. and the ability of the transformer power supply in the process of heating the bearing with a voltage of 221.98 V and a current of 2.45 A. The results obtained were heating the bearing when it reached the set point of 1200 Celsius for 5 minutes 21 seconds and a diameter expansion of 0.012 mm. . Dalam sektor industri penggunaan motor induksi banyak digunakan dikarenakan performanya yang handal dan biaya maintenance yang murah. Agar proses operasi pada industri tetap handal, maka perlu dilakukan pemeliharaan pada motor induksi. Berdasarkan penelitian sebelumnya menunjukkan kerusakan motor induksi disebabkan oleh bearing dengan persentase sebesari 60%. Sehingga untuk mencegah kerusakan pada bearing dilakukan pemanasan bearing. Pemanas bearing merupakan jawaban untuk melakukan pemasangan bearing secara aman dan tidak menimbulkan kerusakan pada bearing. Pemanas bearing ini digunakan di unit GMF Power Services, namun dikarenakan kerusakan dari rangkaian pengendalinya, maka rangkaian pengendalinya tidak dapat digunakan. Sebagai gantinya, harus digunakan variac 1 fasa dengan berat 20 kg dan pengaturan tegangan dilakukan secara manual, serta pengaturan suhu juga dikendalikan secara manual. Hal ini dirasa kurang efisien dan kurang praktis secara penggunaan dan saat ini belum adanya monitoring terhadap kehandalan pada pemanas bearing Maka pada penelitian ini penulis memberikan solusi bagaimana menampilkan hasil pengujian pemanas bearing secara realtime dengan data parameter input yang terdapat pada mikrokontroller menggunakan aplikasi Node-RED sebagai dashboard monitoring. Dalam proses monitoring bearing heater yang menggunakan bearing type NU 319 ECM C3 secara realtime. dan kemampuan catu daya transformator dalam proses pemanasan bearing tersebut dengan tegangan 221.98 V dan arus 2.45 A didapatkan hasil pemanasan bearing saat mencapai set point 1200 celcius selama 5 menit 21 detik dan pemuaian diameter sebesar 0.012 mm. .
