Abstract

Memasuki era society 5.0 setiap perusahaan perlu memperhatikan kesejahteraan karyawannya sebagai tanda kebahagiaan dan keseimbangan di lingkungan kerja, karena hal ini akan memberikan dampak positif pada perusahaan. Dalam suatu perusahaan memiliki karyawan dengan kinerja baik itu belum cukup, akan tetapi perusahaan akan lebih membutuhkan apabila karyawan tersebut memiliki job crafting yang baik dan dapat melakukan perubahan dengan dasar mendesain ulang agar selaras dengan kekuatan dan kelebihan mereka untuk meningkatkan motivasi kerja, menyeimbangkan tuntutan kerja dan sumber daya yang mereka dapat dari pekerjaannya sehingga mampu meningkatkan skill dan kepercayaan diri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh playful work design terhadap job crafting pada pekerja di era society 5.0. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik convenience sampling. Subjek pada penelitian ini adalah pekerja society 5.0 di Indonesia yang berusia 17-65 tahun. Jumlah responden pada penelitian ini berjumlah 430 responden. Penelitian ini juga menggunakan analisis deskriptif pada kategori dan analisis inferensial pada uji-uji yang dilakukan. Hasil penelitian ini didapat dari hasil uji regresi sederhana. Designing competition pada playful work design memberikan pengaruh yang lebih kuat pada increasing structural job resource, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa pekerja mampu membuat pekerjaan lebih menantang dan mengkondisikan dirinya sedang berkompetisi sehingga mampu meningkatkan performa kerja, produktivitas, dan memperkuat interaksi positif. Entering the era of society 5.0, every company needs to pay attention to the welfare of its employees as a sign of happiness and balance in the work environment, because this will have a positive impact on the company. In a company, having employees with good performance is not enough, but the company will need it more if these employees have good job crafting and can make changes on the basis of redesign to align with their strengths and increase work motivation, balance work demands, and the resources they get from their work, so they can improve their skills and self-confidence. This research aims to find out whether there is an influence of playful work design on job crafting among workers in the era of society 5.0. This research uses quantitative research methods with convenience sampling techniques. The subjects in this research were society 5.0 workers in Indonesia aged 17–65 years. The number of respondents in this study was 430. This research also uses descriptive analysis on categories and inferential analysis on the tests carried out. The results of this research were obtained from the results of a simple regression test. Designing competition in a pleasant work design has a stronger influence on increasing structural job resources. This shows that workers are able to make work more challenging and condition themselves to compete so that they can improve work performance, productivity and strengthen positive interactions.
