Abstract
The Digital Production Data Monitoring Tool is a device used to automatically record machine availability during the production process. This need arises because many industries still rely on manual monitoring, which is vulnerable to inaccuracy and often results in errors. Manual processes and the lack of real-time connectivity are drawbacks, as operators need time to report and record directly. In the design of this monitoring tool, components such as Arduino and ESP8266 are integrated with a Dashboard capable of displaying data in real-time. Data from the Dashboard is obtained from a Database created using SQL Server, transmitted by Arduino connected to the machine. This monitoring tool is also equipped with the ability to send availability machine value notifications via the WhatsApp application. Thus, realtime monitoring and visualization of machines can be done without involving manual reporting and recording. With this tool, availability recording that was initially manual becomes automatic, improving accuracy. Testing of the system was conducted over 3 days, totaling 9 shifts, resulting in an error rate of 2.3%. Keywords: Availibility, Monitoring System, NodeMCU ESP8266, Internet Of Things, Relay, Whatsapp. Alat Monitoring Data Digital Produksi merupakan perangkat yang digunakan untuk secara otomatis mencatat ketersediaan mesin selama proses produksi. Kebutuhan ini muncul karena masih banyak industri yang menggunakan pemantauan manual, yang rentan terhadap kurangnya akurasi dan seringkali menghasilkan kesalahan. Proses manual dan kurangnya keterhubungan secara real-time merupakan kelemahan, karena operator perlu menghabiskan waktu untuk melaporkan dan mencatat secara langsung. Dalam perancangan alat monitoring ini, komponen seperti Arduino, ESP8266 diintegrasikan dengan Dashboard yang mampu menampilkan data secara langsung. Data dari Dashboard diperoleh dari Database yang dibuat menggunakan SQL Server, yang dikirim oleh Arduino yang terhubung dengan mesin. Alat monitoring ini juga dilengkapi dengan kemampuan mengirimkan notifikasi nilai availibility mesin melalui aplikasi WhatsApp. Dengan demikian, pemantauan dan visualisasi mesin secara real-time dapat dilakukan tanpa perlu melibatkan pelaporan dan pencatatan manual. Dengan adanya alat ini pencatatan availibility yang awalnya manual menjadi otomatis dan meningkatkan akurasi. Hasil pengujian pada sistem dilakukan pengujian selama 3 hari, dengan total 9 shift didapatkan error sebesar 2.3% Kata Kunci : Availibility, Sistem Monitoring, NodeMCU ESP8266, Internet Of Things, Relay, Whatsapp.
