Abstract

Air pollution is caused by incomplete combustion, where the combustion process produces dangerous gases, some of which are most commonly found in our environment, namely CO (carbon monooxide) and NOx (nitrogen monoxide, nitrogen dioxide, etc.) gas. happens outdoors, but it also happens indoors. Therefore, researchers want to create a method for air purification using ionization, an ionization device called an ion generator, which works by releasing negatively charged ions into the air. These negatively charged ions will stick to positive particles such as dust, smoke and other pollutants so that the particles -the particles become heavy and fall to the floor. Air ionizers help remove pollutants and improve air quality. When testing the MQ-135, PMS5003, DHT22 sensor, the average success rate was 85%. Testing the sensor when the air was polluted showed a carbon monoxide value of 1073.5 μg/m3, the PMS5003 sensor read a PM2.5 value of 159.0 μg/m3, PM10 171.0 μg/m3, the DHT22 sensor read a temperature of 31.1°C and humidity of 71.0%. After the negative ion generator is active, the virtuino display shows that the air quality category is at the "Medium Air Quality" level PM2.5 107.0 μg/m3, PM10 11.0 μg/m3, CO 4529.0 μg/m3, temperature 27.0 °C and humidity 61.3% . Keywords: MQ-135 Sensor, PMS5003 Sensor, DHT22 Sensor, Negative Ion Generator Polusi udara ditimbulkan dari hasil pembakaran yang tidak sempurna, dimana proses pembakaran tersebut menghasilkan gas-gas yang berbahaya diantaranya yang paling banyak ditemukan pada lingkungan kita adalah gas CO (karbon monoksida) dan gas NOx (nitrogen monoksida, nitrogen dioksida, dll Polusi udara tidak hanya terjadi diluar ruangan, tetapi terjadi juga di dalam ruangan. Oleh karena itu peneliti ingin membuat salah satu metode untuk pembersih udara menggunakan ionisasi, alat ionisasi bernama generator ion, dimana bekerja dengan melepaskan ion muatan negatif keudara Ion bermuatan negatif ini akan menempel pada partikel-partikel positif seperti debu, asap, dan polutan lainnya sehingga partikel-partikel tersebut menjadi berat dan jatuh ke lantai. Pengionisasi udara membantu menghilangkan polutan dan meningkatkan kualitas udara. Saat pengujian alat sensor MQ-135, PMS5003, DHT22 nilai rata-rata tingkat keberhasilan adalah 85%. Pengujian sensor saat udara terdapat polusi menampilkan nilai karbon monoksida 1073.5 μg/m3, sensor PMS5003 nilai PM2.5 159.0 μg/m3, PM10 171.0 μg/m3, sensor DHT22 membaca suhu 31.1°C dan kelembapan 71.0%. Setelah generator ion negatif aktif, pada tampilan virtuino memperlihatkan katagori kualitas udara berada pada level “Kualitas Udara Sedang” PM2.5 107.0 μg/m3, PM10 11.0 μg/m3, CO 4529.0 μg/m3, suhu 27.0 °C dan kelembapan 61.3 %.
