Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find a between several variables that influence job satisfaction and then carry out an analysis of improvements so that the level of employee satisfaction becomes more optimal. The research variables used consist of job satisfaction variable (Y) as the dependent variable, independent variables namely Organization Culture (X1), Work Environment (X2), and work stress variable (Z) as the intervening variable. The total population is 163 employees in BBPBP Bekasi. Research data obtained from the results of questionnaires to 116 respondents using probability sampling technique. The data obtained was then processed using the Structural Equation Modeling- Partial Least Square (SEMPLS) method. Evaluation is carried out with two stages of the outer model and then the inner model. The research results found that organizational culture had a significant negative effect on employee work stress, the work environment had a negative and significant effect on employee work stress, organizational culture had a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, the work environment had a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, work stress had a negative effect. and significant to employee job satisfaction, Organizational culture influences employee job satisfaction by mediating work stress, Work environment influences employee job satisfaction by mediating job stress at the Bekasi vocational training and productivity center. The results of this research can be applied to reduce or resolve the problem of job satisfaction for employees of the Bekasi Center for Vocational Training and Productivity, as well as information to increase knowledge and broaden horizons, as well as comparative material for conducting further research. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mencari pengaruh antara beberapa variabel terhadap kepuasan kerja dan selanjutnya dilakukan analisis perbaikan agar tingkat kepuasan kerja pegawai menjadi lebih optimal. Penelitian ini terdiri dari variable kepuasan kerja (Y) sebagai variabel terikat, variabel bebas yaitu Budaya Organisasi (X1), Lingkungan Kerja (X2), dan variabel stres kerja (Z) sebagai variabel intervening. Jumlah populasi sebanyak 163 pegawai di BBPVP Bekasi. Data penelitian diperoleh dari hasil kuisioner kepada 116 responden dengan menggunakan Teknik probability sampling. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dioalah menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modelling- Partial Least Square (SEMPLS). Hasil penelitian ditemukan Budaya organisasis berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap stress kerja karyawan, Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap stress kerja karyawan, Budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan, Lingkugan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan, Stress kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan, Budaya organisasi berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan dengan mediasi stress kerja, Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan dengan mediasi stress kerja pada balai besar pelatihan vokasi dan produktivitas Bekasi. Hasil penelitian ini bermanfaat untuk mengurangi atau menyelesaikan masalah kepuasan kerja pegawai Balai Besar Pelatihan Vokasi dan Produktivitas Bekasi, Selain itu sebagai informasi untuk menambah pengetahuan dan memperluas wawasan, maupun bahan perbandingan untuk membuat penelitian selanjutny
