Abstract

This study aims to examine "The Effect of Intellectual Capital and Sustainability Report Disclosure on Firm Value with Profitability as an Intervening Variable (Empirical Study of Manufacturing Sector Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2021). Sampling was carried out using the random sampling method. The number of samples used in this study were 198 samples from 66 companies. The data analysis technique was carried out using path analysis. In processing data using the Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) 27 application program. The results showed that Intellectual Capital has an effect on Profitability, Disclosure of Sustainability Report has no effect on Profitability, Intellectual Capital has an effect on Firm Value, Disclosure of Sustainability Report has an effect on Firm Value, Profitability has an effect on Firm Value, Profitability as an intervening variable cannot mediate the effect of Intellectual Capital on Firm Value, and Profitability as an intervening variable cannot mediate the effect of Disclosure of Sustainability Report on Firm Value. Keyword: Firm value, Intellectual Capital, Profitability, Sustainability Report Disclosure, Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji “Pengaruh Intellectual Capital dan Pengungkapan Sustainability Report Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan Dengan Profitabilitas Sebagai Variabel Intervening (Studi Empiris Pada Perusahaan Sektor Manufaktur yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Tahun 2019-2021). Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode random sampling. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penilitian ini adalah 198 sampel dari 66 perusahaan. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis jalur. Dalam mengolah data menggunakan program aplikasi Statistical Productand Service Solutions (SPSS) 27. Hasil Penelitian menunjukan bahwa Intellectual Capital berpengaruh terhadap Profitabilitas, Pengungkapan Sustainability Report tidak berpengaruh terhadap Profitabilitas, Intellectual Capital berpengaruh terhadap Nilai Perusahaan, Pengungkapan Sustainability Report berpengaruh terhadap Nilai Perusahaan, Profitabilitas berpengaruh terhadap Nilai Perusahaan, Profitabilitas sebagai variabel intervening tidak dapat memediasi pengaruh Intellectual Capital terhadap Nilai Perusahaan, dan Profitabilitas sebagai variabel intervening tidak dapat memediasi pengaruh Pengungkapan Sustainability Report terhadap Nilai Perusahaan.
