Abstract
Produktifitas adalah komponen penting dalam berjalannya sebuah perusahaan. Terutama pada bidang contact center, produktifitas sangat berperan penting karena berkaitan erat dengan beberapa hal seperti kualitas dan kuantitas pelayanan yang dihasilkan. Tujuan dari pembuatan aplikasi ini diperuntukan untuk mempermudah pihak PT.XYZ dalam memonitoring seluruh aktifitas karyawan yang terpadat pada contact center. Tentunya terdapat metodologi yang digunakan untuk penelitian ini yaitu metodologi auxiliary time yang memiliki standar pengukuran produktifitas pada contact center dan segala aktifitas baik didalam pekerjaan maupun diluar pekerjaan pada ruang lingkup contact center PT.XYZ. Dengan regulasi yang telah ditentukan maka dapat dihasilkan laporan produktifitas karyawan pada PT.XYZ dengan akurat dan akuntabel dalam format file excel yang dapat diolah sesuai dengan kebutuhan laporan produktifitas PT.XYZ.
