Abstract
The need for stable and efficient internet connectivity is increasingly pressing for PT XYZ, a company operating in a connected business environment. The research focuses on analyzing the performance of load balancing using the Per Connection Classifier (PCC) method on MikroTik routers. In the complex geographical context of Indonesia, the implementation of load balancing becomes crucial for the optimal utilization of multiple Uplinks and traffic distribution. Experimental methodology is employed to assess the impact of the PCC method on throughput, latency, and network stability at PT XYZ. The research aims to provide insights into the effectiveness of PCC in enhancing the performance of load balancing on MikroTik routers, potentially offering a decision-making foundation for companies regarding their connectivity management in complex network environments. Keywords: Load balance, Per Connection Classifier (PCC), MikroTik Router, Multiple Uplink Optimization, Traffic Distribution Kebutuhan akan konektivitas internet yang stabil dan efisien semakin mendesak bagi penelitian ini mengulas kebutuhan PT XYZ, sebuah perusahaan yang beroperasi dalam lingkungan bisnis terhubung, terhadap konektivitas internet yang stabil. Fokus penelitian adalah analisis performa pemasangan Load balance dengan metode Per Connection Classifier (PCC) pada router MikroTik. Dalam konteks geografis Indonesia yang kompleks, implementasi Load balance menjadi kunci untuk optimalitas multiple Uplink dan distribusi trafik. Metodologi eksperimental digunakan untuk menguji dampak metode PCC terhadap throughput, latency, dan stabilitas jaringan di PT XYZ. Hasil penelitian diharapkan memberikan wawasan efektivitas PCC dalam meningkatkan kinerja Load balance pada router MikroTik, berpotensi memberikan dasar keputusan bagi perusahaan terkait manajemen konektivitas mereka dalam lingkungan jaringan kompleks.
