Abstract

Algoritma Genetika digunakan untuk membantu perusahaan konstruksi melakukan prediksi waktu dan biaya yang diperlukan dalam menyelesaikan suatu pekerjaan dengan efektif dan efisien. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan cara kerja algoritma genetika dalam prediksi waktu dan biaya serta peranan algoritma genetika dalam keberhasilan suatu pekerjaan. Metode: Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode studi kasus dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Sumber data menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder. Hasil: Hasil yang didapatkan setelah melalui tahapan/alur kerja algoritma genetika adalah estimasi biaya yang paling efektif serta penjadwalan yang optimal. Algortima genetika memiliki peranan yang cukup baik dalam mengatasi masalah penjadwalan dan estimasi biaya pengerjaan proyek. Kesimpulan: Melalui tahapan/alur kerja algoritma genetika didapatkan estimasi biaya yang paling efektif serta penjadwalan yang optimal. Algortima genetika memiliki peranan yang cukup baik dalam mengatasi masalah penjadwalan dan estimasi biaya pengerjaan proyek Genetic Algorithms are used to help construction companies predict the time and costs needed to complete a job effectively and efficiently. Purpose: This study aims to describe how genetic algorithms work in predicting time and costs as well as the involvement of genetic algorithms in the success of a job. Method: This research was conducted using a case study method with a qualitative approach. Source of data using primary data and secondary data. Results: The results obtained after going through the stages/workflow of the genetic algorithm are the most effective cost estimates and optimal scheduling. Genetic algorithms have a fairly good role in overcoming scheduling problems and estimating project costs. Conclusion: Through the stages/workflow algorithms get the most effective cost estimates and optimal scheduling.
