Abstract

Natural disasters in Indonesia have had a tremendous impact on the victims. This is because there has not been a solution/method that can be used immediately when a natural disaster occurs, so losses caused by natural disasters continue to increase and are difficult to recover. The research used a case study of Cianjur area. Research is made to provide immediate assistance when natural disasters occur, as a liaison between donors and disaster victims, and is easy to use anytime and anywhere. Assisting using the A Star method, which is a method used in navigation systems to obtain the fastest and closest distance by calculating two points using Longitude and Latitude. The result is an app for mobile devices that can used by donors, couriers, and victims of natural disasters, where donors can give their donated items faster. Apps can help the community at large, many people can use the application to share information at the disaster site. The application is also easy to use anytime and anywhere, this is obtained from the weight of the value of 4.00 by the users. Keywords: A Star Method, Cianjur, Mitigation, Mobile, Natural Disaster Bencana alam di Indonesia telah memberikan dampak yang luar biasa bagi para korban. Hal ini dikarenakan belum ada solusi/metode yang dapat langsung digunakan ketika terjadi bencana alam, sehingga kerugian akibat bencana alam terus bertambah dan sulit untuk dipulihkan. Penelitian ini menggunakan studi kasus daerah Cianjur. Penelitian dilakukan untuk memberikan bantuan segera ketika bencana alam terjadi, sebagai penghubung antara donor dan korban bencana, dan mudah digunakan kapan saja dan di mana saja. Membantu menggunakan metode A Star, yaitu metode yang digunakan dalam sistem navigasi untuk mendapatkan jarak tercepat dan terdekat dengan menghitung dua titik menggunakan garis bujur (Longitude) dan garis lintang (Latitude). Hasilnya adalah aplikasi untuk perangkat seluler yang dapat digunakan oleh donatur, kurir, dan korban bencana alam, di mana donatur dapat memberikan barang donasi mereka lebih cepat. Aplikasi dapat membantu masyarakat luas, banyak orang dapat menggunakan aplikasi untuk berbagi informasi di lokasi bencana. Aplikasi ini juga mudah digunakan kapan saja dan di mana saja, hal ini didapatkan dari bobot nilai 4,00 oleh para pengguna. Kata Kunci: Bencana alam, Cianjur, Metode A Star, Mobile, Penanggulangan
