Abstract
This research focuses on the analysis and design of internet network infrastructure for the JAK WIFI project at the JIEXPO event. A robust and fast network infrastructure is a crucial element in supporting seamless connectivity and satisfying user experiences during events. The research begins with an analysis of the network requirements, considering the anticipated number of users, intended applications, and the physical environment of the event venue. Following the completion of the needs analysis, the infrastructure design involves the selection of hardware, software, and network configurations that are appropriate for the context. Implementation methods, including access point settings, routing, network security, and data traffic management, are also key aspects of the design. The goal of this research is to produce a network infrastructure capable of handling user loads optimally, ensuring high-speed and high-quality service, and providing stable and reliable internet access throughout the event. The outcomes of this study aim to offer clear guidelines for implementing network infrastructures for similar projects in the future. Keywords: Network Infrastructure, JAK WIFI, JIEXPO, Needs Analysis, Internet Network Design Penelitian ini membahas analisis dan perancangan infrastruktur jaringan internet untuk proyek JAK WIFI pada acara JIEXPO. Infrastruktur jaringan yang handal dan cepat menjadi elemen krusial dalam mendukung konektivitas yang lancar dan memuaskan pengguna acara. Penelitian ini memulai analisis terhadap kebutuhan jaringan yang diperlukan dengan mempertimbangkan jumlah pengguna yang diharapkan, aplikasi yang akan digunakan, serta lingkungan fisik tempat acara. Setelah analisis kebutuhan selesai, dilakukan perancangan infrastruktur yang meliputi pemilihan perangkat keras (hardware), perangkat lunak (software), dan konfigurasi jaringan yang sesuai. Metode pengimplementasian jaringan, termasuk pengaturan akses poin (access points), routing, keamanan jaringan, dan manajemen lalu lintas data juga menjadi fokus dalam perancangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan infrastruktur jaringan yang mampu menangani beban pengguna dengan optimal, memastikan kecepatan dan kualitas layanan yang tinggi, serta menyediakan akses internet yang stabil dan andal selama acara berlangsung. Hasil dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan panduan yang jelas dalam implementasi infrastruktur jaringan untuk proyek serupa di masa depan.
